Beautiful place and atmosphere, everything felt very professional. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Since they had a 15% off sale going on, I was told my first-time 15% discount can be used any time I come by again. Will definitely go here more!

Greenhouse Northbrook has the best retail cannabis shopping experience I've had in Illinois. Other shops I've visited were located in recently vacated office space, and we're laid out like labyrinths as they socially distanced us customers all over the place. I've shivered outside as other locations co- mingled us rec customers with their med customers, giving priority to med of course. I've tried parking in 3 inches of mud in Mundelslime. Greenhouse has none of those "issues". Good people, great environment.

This dispensary is the best in all of Illinois. There is little to no wait. They always have the best products in stock. The customer service is discrete and professional. And the experts are kind. I thoroughly enjoy coming in to chat with Mitch. He makes sure that I understand how to use all of my purchases the correct way. Mitch also makes some of the best suggestions which have upped my smoking game forever. Every time I walk in i'm greeted with a lot of positive energy. Not only do they sell cannabis products. Greenhouse is a dispensary that actually cares. I really love all the personalities that Greenhouse Northbrook has hired. I brought my mother in last week because she needed pain relief as she has fought multiple bouts of breast cancer. There aren't any dispensaries in her city. Connie and Rockwell took the time to break down the benefits of all of their products out of the kindness of their own hearts. This is the kind of thing that makes all the difference.
