The place looks amazing. My budtender was helpful. Just felt a little rushed being my first time there. Wanted to be introduced to a few more products.

First things first, I love Greenlabs! From their friendly bud tenders to the colorful environment, they always help me choose what’s best for me. Every Wednesday they have my favorite MPX cartridges on sale for $35. All the bud tenders there are very nice and helpful in picking the best bud. 10/10 service, would HIGHLY recommend

Need better communication at front desk for new patients. Communication was very low in the front. I was told to wait, saw a large door open like 3 times. THEN the front desk rep welcomed me in. I was looked at like I was supposed to know to walk in when it was my first time!! Once inside, greetings ensued. Very cordial Budtenders, engaging, always offering information, Good guides. Management was welcoming. Nice Selection of herb available. I came in for 1 specific strain, but many were available with nice sample displays. If im in Baltimore again I'll stop through because parking is a non issue. They have their own little parking lot attached.
I usually go here every Sunday and Monday for the $18 deal. Was very disappointed tonight. Called. Rep said have Juice 26% in stock. After getting a ride to location within 20min, I was told no Juice. I asked mgr can substitute. Said yes and offered me Shell Shark CBD 6%. NO COMPARISON at all. I don't do CBD What a waste of time gas and unprofessionalism on their part. Wouldn't even do Chemdog as an exchange Left a Very unhappy customer tonight.

All of the Budtenders are very very helpful. Everything that was recommended has been outstanding. This is my new dispensary!! I pass two others to get here.

Everything is great - from the friendly service up front to the budtenders in the back. They carry a nice variety of products too. Will definitely be coming back
The location is nice and the bud tenders are extremely knowledgeable especially Libby and Le Le. I’m a loyal customer, due to the CORONaA virus, I inquired about coming in a day earlier for a 15% discount on an item I always purchase. I am in the vulnerable group. I was shocked I was denied the request. I know it’s not normal practice but we are no living in normal terms and one would think an establishment would be a little more flexible.

Great service and knowledgeable bud tenders. Everyone is extremely friendly and personable. Must see Lee Lee and Nicole! My favorite dispensary in the Baltimore area!
Green Labs always has some of the best deals in Baltimore. They have a ton of selection across all types of products. Budtenders are very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy going. Really cool they accept debit cards for payment and also an ATM on site.

I love geen labs my 2nd time and just like the first time awesome budtenders best products very knowledgeable!!! I will ride all the way from Dundalk everytime and I highly recommend green labs on eastern ave. Baltimore

Convenient
this was my 1st spot I went to and I swear I feel guilty going elsewhere! they are close to my home and the Sunday and Monday $18 will keep you coming back. staff is fun, professional, and very friendly. I love the atmosphere! hands down my most favoritiest (not a word) dispensary!

Was my first place... made me family from day on1 #1 in my bood !!! Good vibes
Dystopian cyber lounge vibes but jacked prices. They sell cool gadgets, and they take cards for a $3 fee. lol my .5g pre-roll was 10$ tho ~_~ the thc mint tabs i bought were broken up inside the tin. This place is for the big spender that wants to pay for an experience / splurge on a gadget. Also they make you fill out forms. If you want good prices but more of a diy vibe, go to Maggies
