Today was in the drive thru
Order came out tipped 5 bucks
Order was wrong came back through to fix it
Same guy I waited for when I got there sent me inside to fix the order that was not right…
This should have been a swap and it would have taken him 5 minutes
This is not my fault…
I tipped 5 dollars for a wrong order and then an inconvenience of 25 mins extra total
I had a death in the family and needed to get in and out and I was in no line waiting the first time
Do not expect a tip in the future from me
Get my order right
And the manager did nothing to compensate my time…I come here and spend 2k a month easy
Enough is enough too many orders wrong

Greenwave is always very helpful and friendly. As a wheelchair user it can get frustrating but they always hold open doors and do anything they can to help. 100% recommend.

Several times just like my last visit, they won't have what you pre-order. I ordered 2 one gram cartridges, I got the email saying my order is filled and ready. When I go to pick it up my order isn't right. They only had one of my carts in the bag. Other dispensaries that I've dealt with in the past contacted me if there was a problem with my order. Something like that would have been good know I drove a hour to come to the store for a unfilled order. This is not the first time this has happened at this establishment, almost every time I do a pre-order it's not correct. Also maybe put on the website that your card readers weren't working and you could only accept cash, customers could stop at their bank and get the proper cash instead of having to use the ATM to get cash out while customers are having to wait for the inconvenience
Very long lines both outside the store in the cold and in both lanes of the drive thru. Time for a bigger location
Love all the staff and great products. Only suggestion is to keep strane 1g cartridges stocked up they are the best in reliability, flavor and potency no additives like the rest . C cell coils in them are king of coils that is all

By far best service around. From the OG crew from across the street, ❤️ Ben, to the young lady in drive thru approximately 3:30-4 on 10/3/24, she always has the best attitude and is always going the extra mile to make shopping there worth while. I am always so pleased at the ease and delight of my shopping experience.

The new setup with a separate Medical lane is very handy. Order online, pick up when confirmed and no waiting. That and my senior discount are a big help.

My experience was amazing every single visit. Sometimes the wait is a little long but that’s everywhere now!! Each staff member has always been kind and helpful! I will definitely be shopping here again!!

Although there are closer dispensaries I have been going to Greenwave. Folks there have always been nice and generally someone will answer the phone if I want to make sure they have what I’m looking for before I make the drive. I particularly like their website. They have far more info about their products than other sites and it’s easy to navigate. Most important to me is that they have the percentages of the terpenes. I find that their prices are better.

Visit was longer than usual. Medical line no one in line, rec 2 people in line, a 3rd pulls up. I have to wait for all 3 rec to be served before being helped and asked to pull into recreational line.

We make efforts for medical priority lane at drive through, but if a medical car is not easily accessible in the first few cars, recreational will be served to keep the flow moving as much as possible. As for a future heads up, as summer approaches and holidays come up, wait times might be expected to be longer than usual. I LOVE Greenwave, I’m a med patient and the man who helped me was new, so patient with my requests (there was a bit of confusion with my original order via email, not this guy’s doing) and getting my points correctly and he was able to get it all taken care of without any issues.
