we drove all the way up here from Yreka for them to turn around and not keep there into the deal. so it wasted our time and they sold our stuff before we could even get there. that was the second time they've done this to us and this time they kicked us out and said they were going to call the cops on me. so for something that's not even my fault it was their fault. they're screw up and they didn't want have their customer service. they decided to get hyphy and stupid and I would never recommend going here and if you do do not order online because they're not going to keep your products that you ordered even though I called before coming and they still didn't hold my stuff

I order online to make sure they have enough because i drive up from California and dont want to waste my time. That is why i use the app but they sold my order before i could get here and was rude about it. They wouldn't call the ower or composite for thier mistake, this is the second time this has happened to me. Customer Service was a joke and was threatened by the loser who sold my order because he wouldn't talk to me.

Budtender was super helpful. Made my vist very memorable. Will definitely do business there in the future.

Creepy dude, & management took care of it! I’m happy with the way management handled my situation. I came in for some flower, while waiting in line a guy came up behind me & was so close to I could feel him breathing. After trying to move away from him, I turned around & asked him to move away from me a bit. He did, but then moved back directly behind me & started mumbling things I couldn’t hear. I told a lady who seemed to be management that his guy was making me extremely uncomfortable. She immediately asked him to move to the other side of the store to a different bud tender. I felt heard & understood. She asked a few moments later if that was okay or if I wanted him to leave. I am happy with her approach at the situation. I will definitely be coming back time & time again.

place used to be good. everything flower wise is over a year old and they are selling it as if it was just harvested and have such a small selection.

Best flower along with the best prices in town. Do yourself a favor and buy by the ounce. You can tell the shop really cares about the selection they carry and sell. I've tried the outdoor, greenhouse, and indoor and everything is supherb in quality. Also every budtender I've encountered are highly knowledgeable about all the products. Ground Up is the only dispensary in town I'll buy flower from!
