AWFUL service!! Waited over 30 minutes to get into the sales room after I was repeatedly was skipped in line. The waiting room makes you feel like you're in a doctors office, not inviting at all. I do not recommend this dispensary to anyone. I will not be returning.

Dispensary response:

We sincerely apologize if you had a negative experience. Please keep in mind yesterday was the first day of recreational, and it was hectic in every store. We appreciate your feed back and use it to address concerns. We will be increasing our staff to shorten the wait time. In order to make sure no one ever gets skipped we will be announcing who is next in line. Secondly, we get many compliments on our lobby that it's unique and modern. It's designed to ensure our customers never have to wait in the rain during the rainy season. We do pride ourselves on quality. If you give us another chance stop in ask for kiele and we will see you right away and change your experience. Thank you for your feedback and hope to see you soon.
