Yeah I'm going to be brutally honest on this review. This place used to be AMAZING okay albeit a little pricey but it was worth it, now the budtenders are either rude or extremely incompetent. I've had an online order with text confirmation and everything, ended up arriving an hour later just so they could say my order wasn't even in their system. And don't get me started on their website, it actually used to be the better end of sites than most dispensaries in the WA area. Then they decided to go change it out of the blue and now it's complete garbage, half the time I can't even find very the products they actually have IN store. Again used to be great place now they just rip you off or you can't even find what you're looking for. Not to mention the cartridge skimping.

It used to be pleasant and reliable. they recently changed the website, and it's a nightmare. Try to gauge the strength of the product, and the website gives no reliable indication. When I spoke with an employee, he was unable to clarify what to look for. What he suggested wasn't even on the website.

Horrible budtender with glasses was extremely rude and to everyone in there esp to people
Of color !!! Why is the name called have a heart but have heartless cold individuals working there !! We came in after my bday party dinner and wish we never did !!! The worst experience ever !! Don’t go here ! They don’t care about their customers or others apart of this industry! I have never in my years in this industry have been treated so bad coming into any dispensaries around the are and the world !
