Have a Heart - Belltown

Went in after work with my boyfriend and we loved it. I'm from Tacoma so most of our shops keep the buds behind the counter so I give Have A Heart an A+ for not keeping the display behind the counter. A woman named Kate who is terrific (or Katie can't remember which) helped us and gave us $5 off our purshcase for being patient while their staffed searched for a joint for us. My first time was great and I'll definitely be back!

This was my first time at Have a Heart,my second time at a dispensary. My experience was awesome from beginning to end, firstly I would like to say that the front door man was kind first impressions are lasting in my opinion. I know nothing about shatter which is why I was at Have a heart to get my first taste, it was nice because the guy that helped me was so very helpful and didn't pressure me at all to steer towards something at a higher price which I experienced at the first dispensary, this guy was easy going and knowledgeable helped me pick the right products. Check out was a breeze also. I am definitely going to be back with friends!!!

Genuine in earnest customer service and fair in price with a very well curated array of product. I love the deals this place has and never feel intimidated like herban elements. That place is so uncool due to shitty mean uptight and nonexistent customer service however you will not find that here. Have a heart deserves your money.this review is true and genuine ....

Repeat Customer! The Belltown HAH is righteous. Awesome laid back but very knowledgeable and helpful staff, from security to the budtenders, great people. Products are top notch without breaking the bank. If you are in the neighborhood take the time to check them out!

The bud-tender & checkout staff were super friendly & engaging. I haven't smoked on the regular since college 5 years ago, so I had a lot of questions about the concentrate vape-pen products. A simple & portable solution for the was what I was looking for bc I was only in Seattle for the weekend. The staff was super friendly, patient & got me going w/ a Strawberry Cough cartridge pen. I would def recommend this place to out-of-towners looking to looking for a when-in-Rome experience.

It's a great shop! I went to have a heart when there was only medical marijuana and I'm glad that I can still go there now. They have a large selection that's always changing (maybe it changes a little bit too much, in fact) but you can always find something you like in multiple price ranges. Now that the Belltown shop is open I like them even better for it's much closer to my home than greenwood (though I love the greenwood store as well)! Try Have a Heart, guys, you won't be disappointed.

The service is awesome, the staff is great and welcoming and the organization and product selection is excellent! recommend to anyone. Megan was an excellent helper and Stafa was great on the check out.

As an out of towner, the staff was super helpful and very courteous. Being an occasional smoker helped a lot when choosing strains and with the help of a few budtenders it was definitely the first legal purchase I expected.

Great selection of just about anything you could want. Prices are decent. Friendly staff helped recommend an edible. I liked the prerolls. The atmosphere is very sterile.

good weed, no attitude. Of all the dispensaries in the city, have a heart is the friendliest and most welcoming to everyone who walks in the door. their style of service is different in that there's a big glass case of all the products they offer, and you can browse it for however long you want and then line up and place your order. they have a good selection of flower and edibles. this is definitely where I'm gonna take my out of town family when they visit.

I don't usually do reviews but this place is FANTASTIC! Today Tikashi was the person who assisted me and he was super kind and knowledgeable. Also the security guards outside are always so nice and inviting! I've been pleased with the recommendations from all the staff members that have helped me. They also hook it up for locals with a discount.

Super helpful and friendly staff at this joint....no pun intended! From the person checking ID at the door to the ladies that helped us make the right selections to the cashier. Very functional and we'll run business. Huge selection of product. We will be back for sure!
