Love this place! Closer than the old dispensary I was going to and better! Definitely will return!

Super friendly and educated staff. Helped me with no pressure which was great for someone like me who suffers from anxiety. Five stars and thumbs up!!

Personally I enjoy being able to see all the product and know prices as someone who smokes a lot and generally knows what I'd like. It was easy to find what I was looking for and get help from their very friendly staff. They even took a picture of my friends and I with their display of a huge joint in front of a psychedelic neon Seattle skyline.

I've always had nothing but great experiences at this location. They have a huge selection and are well priced plus conveniently located. Everyone is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Any time I've had a question someone couldn't answer, I really appreciate that they let you know that and then find someone else to help you out. Highly recommended in terms of quality, location, pricing, service and atmosphere!

This is my favorite potshop in the city. I live in the area and I love the hours. The security staff is always very welcoming and kind. Every one of the budtenders working here are incredibly informative, friendly, and eager to help. Though all of the associates are very knowledgable, Takashi (sp?) is my favorite! He's very honest about the products, and clearly smokes the finest buds the store has to offer. I truly respect his opinion. Great store, great staff, incredible layout. Yeaaaah haveaheart!

I love how open the space is and you can wander a bit on your own, or get help if you need it. The staff is aways helpful and super knowledgeable. The selection is vast, and they always have my favs in stock. Also, the prices are comparable or better than other rec shops. Another thing, I love having a place with security posted outside in my neighborhood. Plus, check out the awesome joint art installation.

Really nice combination of good prices and a large selection of high end products. Nice central location that is easy to find. The big thing for me is their avaliablity of flowers from hard to find producers. Definitely a place I will come back to.

This is a great store. You're able to browse around at your own leisure, and ask for help whenever you need it. Also, a great array of product.

Favorite shop in Seattle. Everyone is friendly and the selection is great. Been going since they opened. 311 was there once and P-Nut told me my shirt was cool.

First time ever in and I was absolutely blown away by how incredibly welcoming the staff was, the selection, and the overall atmosphere of the store. Very, very reasonable prices across the board for their products with some of the best vendors in Washington state. The menu system is a little tricky but there are so many employees on hand that finding what you need is absolutely no problem at all. Have A Heart is my new neighborhood dispensary, thanks for making me a brand new regular; love you guys!

first place that I visited in Seattle. great staff, friendly and informative. large selection of everything though they could be a bit more organized. can't stress how nice they were as it was my first legal purchase is WA. prerolls were a tad tight but otherwise great great spot I'll be back in WA in April and can't wait to visit again!

Great shop with many options. Just came from Colorado a lil different system but great product with help from a very knowledgeable staff. Paid what you'd think for some top shelf. Got some private reserve blob og smooth lush flavor with a very relaxing effect. Willies reserve la confidential some of the tastiest nugs I've had in a while the nitrogen seal must work. Great product and great shop would definitely return.

the wall case setup at eye level so you can see everything is great. It's probably one of the best stores I've been to in terms of atmosphere. The flower selection is pretty good... the only complaint I really have is that you have to show ID both at the door and at the checkout, which isn't even really much of a complaint

This is a great location. Right in DT and near Pike Place. Near good food. The selection is great, so large one of their friendly staff will have to guide you. I went in earlier and was helped out. Coming from out of state they treated my like their very own Seattle resident. I'm definitely recommending this place to anyone coming to Seattle.

We visited this store 5 times when we were in Seattle for a few days. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. They take time to explain any question you might have. They also give excellent recommendations. Even when it's busy inside their customer service is still on point. We will definitely be back and will recommend to friends who are visiting.

No matter what part of town I'm in, I always look for a have a heart because they are literally the best. They carry everything I like, And amazing service every time. I can't wait for their next sale.

Great selection

Budtenders are upbeat, friendly & willing to serve their customers. Each time that I visit this location, this group always put the "WOW" in their service.

this is one of my go-to locations as a former patient and belltown resident. their concentrate section has a decen variety, they provide great service and budtenders are friendly everytime.

I've been there a few times. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I got some great advice and assistance from Evyan and someone else about co2 oil cartridges. I was going to return one (which they were 100% nice about) but they had some great tips and I got it working. Also bought 2 other cartridges she recommended and both were great.
