Well I bought what I thought was shake but it’s actually ground trim and had I known that I would have bought something else even if I had to spend a little more! Also their prices are ridiculously high! I know from when I first started buying not to every buy pre ground trim. You might as well be smoking a cigarette meaning it won’t do crap for you! So please make sure you are putting on your menu exactly what the product is! My strain is Chiesel and it isn’t any good! It has nothing to do with the low THC either because I have had shake that the THC level was the same or a little higher at 15% and it was wonderful! It also be the Cultivator because this is the first time I have had Pure Ohio Wellness which is the reason got the quality being 1 star!

I love Have a Heart Cincy, I forget the workers name that helped me but I believe his name started with a “D” and he had a winter themed mask. He was the most helpful person and walked me through every product I had questions about! The only complaint I have is it’s usually a longer wait but only because their menu is so extensive and it’s a great location!

I always have a wonderful experience shopping here, and frankly I don't care to go back to verilife again. The associates that help you are extremely knowledgeable, personable and just genuinely interested in helping you. My last visit with Lindon was probably the most lucrative! Every thing he suggested for my chronic pain and digestive issues were spot on! There's nothing about this establishment I'd change. Keep up the great work!

It would be nice to first have some alone time to browse products on display before having to decide what I would like to purchase., browse first then ask any questions that I may have., I know that if I had that privilege I would have already purchased more items if this was the case., such as devices, storage containers and the convenience of having an ATM machine located inside. My patient care advisor., Jarrod however had patience with me, was kind and very helpful with my list of questions. Due to his customer service I will be purchasing different items than I normally would.

This place has 1 MAJOR MAJOR downfall which will make it so I never go there; as everybody knows we pay top dollar for our medical cannabis, everybody knows we over pay it’s no secret, so tell me why this place thinks it’s okay to up charge even more on the products, for example l I see things on this menu that are 43 most places(chocolope) and these people try to get away with selling it for 50😂 it’s not even that great of flower, and that is just 1 example “, have a heart up charges EVERYTHING, this is already an extremely greedy industry so add a greedy ass dispensary and this is what you get. I got 2 tenths(2.83) and it cost me 106 and change with tax. 5.66 FOR 106 dollars😂 save your money, go to verdant(they have 20-30% a few times every week and you can get the same stuff for literally HALF THE PRICE.

Have a heart is the best dispensary I’ve been to. JR was very attentive, answered all of my questions, and was super knowledgeable about what strains would be best for me. The whole experience was fast and easy and I can’t wait to go back!

Yesterday was my first time visiting Have a Heart Cincy. First I would like to mention that the entire staff was warm, friendly and inviting. DeAsia gave me a tour of the store, and gave me lots of information on items and products that I had never seen before. She was thorough, and answered all of my questions. Have a Heart Cincy has a wide variety and range of products. This is the widest variety I've seen in the City in the last two years. I will definitely be coming back.

They touch your drivers license multiple times and actually have you place it where every one else of the patrons does . I never see them disinfect anything. I used to like this place but they where masks below their nose many times . No one wears gloves though everything is a cash transaction. One young man waited on my and wanted to argue about what was available . He looked sweaty , greasy and I'm guessing had a temperature. He knew very little about product , days of use and acted like he new a lot. one time i ordered online and they had me wait for everyone else. The young man said I should have given the lady a note . they started strong but now with more people I'd be scared for my health to go there.

Emmet is awesome. To the point that i'll wait longer to get him. Very knowledgeable and a great resource about what products they have.

Every time I go to this location they have no idea what’s going on. Usually they can’t even figure how many days I have. Today the man said I have 40 days and I informed him I only really have two days. So then he sells me a product that exceeded my two days. He refunded me some of my money and told me he could not refund all of my money. This is stealing and I will let the state know. This is a cash only operation. So was my old dealer. This is a ghetto store and way overpriced

This is the best store in the Cincinnati area. The staff is wonderful. Christine is awesome. She has been one of my primary resources at this location. She is very informative and helpful in making recommendations. I always enjoy seeing Christine. This store is efficient with the check in process and the wait times are very short. Thank you to all the staff at this location. Christine is a great example of the staff at this location.

Have A Heart - what is happening?!? Stagnant product choices, highest prices in the area now and better selections elsewhere? This is not like you and it’s causing me distress. I don’t want to drive to Dayton or beyond for better selection and pricing but you’re going to force me to. That’s a shame cause you were my favorite
