Hello , I have been coming to Have a Heart since June . I've had many great experiences, but today surpassed the others. Lindon helped me this afternoon and was so personable, attentive, knowledgeable , empathetic ! He spent a lot of time listening to my reasons for consuming cannabis, and was able to recommend four strands for me . I left 21 dollars under my budget, with probably two months' supply ! I am so grateful for the customer service and warmth I received while working with Lindon. Thank you Have a Heart Cincy, I'm proud to be a regular shopper , and even more satisfied than I already was. Thank you!

Everything about this place is inviting, from as soon as you step in to the front door, to dealing with the bud tenders. Everytime I'm here I feel welcomed, and the staff is so friendly, albeit maybe not as knowledgeable as you would think of the product,(they're not doctors or cultivators, so its okay) they definitely give some great recommendations for what I need.

Have a heart Cincy is a beautiful and enormous dispensary in Ohio! My visit was an experience to definitely remember. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the facility was spacious in both the waiting area and inside the dispensary. All of the team member were knowledgeable, especially JR who helped me with finding products fit best for me. JR went the extra mile to ensure that the customers needs we meet and knew how to properly use the medicine for the best results. I am excited to visit the dispensary again & get new product that I have yet to see in my local area, because the menu is huge! Would recommend to any patient!

This place is so knowledgeable. It's also the first place that's explained what my prescription actually means and how it works. They're upfront with you and will break down how each step works, what to expect when ordering, how to use each thing you've purchased and can recommend things without making you feel like a moron. I love them. I'm not a seasoned user so I appreciate all the tips they give and how to get the best bang for your buck.

The best dispensary in Ohio that I have been too hands down! The entire staff is awesome and friendly. Very knowledgeable. J.R. is one of the many I often deal with when I go. No need to go anywhere else. Have a heart Cincy is the best.

Jarrod is awesome - friendly, helpful and really guided me to the best products for my condition. I'm new to this kind of medicine and he really went out of his way to help I have to give a shout out to Candy too. She is great as well.

Ive smoke a lot. Thats why they call me big smoke. Triple chocolate chip by butterfly effect is the best weed I have ever smoked. I got high after two hits. It taste like chocolate. By far this is my new favorite. We try a different kind all the time. This is gonna be the first kind I will buy on a regular basis. Im gonna be high for days after this stuff. Lol. Light it up.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately, the prices are not worth it. Every other local dispensary is considerably cheaper. For example, one particular item is 40% less at another dispensary and that is the regular every day cost. That in itself is a $25 difference. You decide if it's worth it to give away your hard earned money. For me, I'll be using those savings for more medicine elsewhere.

Overpriced on the same quality competitors carry. Strawberry field’s is where it’s at with deals and discounts for the patient. Have a heart don’t let you combine both discounts if a certain product is on special, it’s greedy. Especially when they overcharge on every product. They see this as a monopoly instead of helping their patients on cost! Some of the staff are amazing and need to be running dispensary’s because they aren’t worried about money seems like they care about the patient! There are some staff that shouldn’t be working in Customer Service at all for the health sake of the Patient and a staff.

Best selection in Cincy , appreciate that the products r marked correctly and Budtenders really care. I am a single mom and Have a Heart accommodates that by having Curbside Pick up Thanks Have A Heart !

This used to be my main place. Now it’s always at capacity with people waiting outside, etc. doesn’t matter which day of the week or time either. May be time to staff up? Usually only a couple registers going at once-never seen all 9 operating simultaneously.

I've never had a bad experience or product that I've been dissatisfied with from Have a Heart. Both staff and stock are top quality. I stopped in today for the New Year's sale and JR helped make the experience top notch.

Ashley was amazing! She gave me feedback on what I was buying, she was very quick, professional, and friendly! She even advised me of help needed when I inquired about it! Loved her to pieces. Will be coming back time and time again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Also they have a huge selection! More then what’s online most times. So you may want to bring extra cash in advance for your medicine.

On the last day of a horrible year...J.R. was able to put the cape on and save the day..they just want you to be happy and medicated. His information for my condition was much appreciated. Worth the drive !!

The have a heart dispenser was very clean the people where very helpful for my first time there and my tour guide name CICI was very knowledgeable on information about the products they have. I was very please and felt very welcome.
