Went at around 3:30pm on Saturday. It was busy, but I waited no more than 10-15 minutes as a returning customer. Lindon helped me out. This place is great. It move product very fast so if you see something good you have to act on it. What I came for had ran out by the time I arrived but luckily the selection is so good I have an even better alternative. Lindon was super friendly and knowledgeable. I was feel comfortable—like family—when I come to this spot.

Yesterday was my first time visiting. I have been dealing with debilitating RA pain for 5 years now. I am familiar with relief from cannabis, but wanted to learn about other methods of medicating and didn’t quite know where to start. J.R. was extremely patient, personable and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and was mindful of my health concerns. I did not feel rushed and was given multiple options and possible means of medicating. Every staff member that passed by me acknowledged me by saying hello and smiling. I was nervous going in, but left feeling like I was in great hands. As someone with RA, it’s important to have pain relief to simply be able to function. Working with J.R. to find a starting plan brought me both hope and excitement. Last night was the first time I slept through 6 hours of sleep without the disturbance of pain. Thank you Have A Heart Cincy and staff. You guys are helping many like myself obtain a better quality of life!

I've been here three times. Unfortunately I forgot to review the lady that helped me the second time. She was great. My third and latest time I was helped by Emmitt. Cool dude like the rest. Down to earth and comfortable to talk to. He understood my needs and what I was looking for. He suggested willies reserve sunshine lime. I'm glad I took his recommendation. 🔥 🔥 🔥. I've been a fan because their place is close, clean and wait time is usually short if you order ahead. They send emails alerting you of discount %'s off of this or that so you expect it to be reflected on your receipt. I believe its fraud if your not notified that you don't qualify for a discount you came in for. I shopped multiple times at their store unaware until today that the people who need the break most are not eligible for "stacked" discounts like every other dispensary I've shopped in Ohio. Yes all the other ones respect Veterans and are willing to extend the courtesy to the poorest.. Disabled American Veterans, Disabled civilians and the poor are not eligible and they don't tell you unless you ask if the discounts they text you are a lie or not. That's insane. The volume of business they do that FRAUD has to be into the millions by now. Please if anyone important reads this Have A heart Cincinnati needs to be audited and moneys paid to all those who were falsely baited into their store with fake discounts or prejudicial discounts.

I always get good customer service here and they have by far the best selection in the Cincinnati area. However, about half the staff make next to no attempt at all to wear their masks. I've been here four or five times through this year and each time, most of the staff aren't wearing masks.

I’ve been to 2 other dispensaries, and Deasia at this dispensary was extremely helpful and educated me a lot on the products they carry. I will be visiting again thanks to her fantastic service! Thank you Deasia, you rock!!!

I placed my order online, I had a short wait, and then Jarrod called me back, verified my order and told me about other products. Jarrod, Cici and David are pleasant, professional, quick and informative. Being in the customer service field, I always check to see how me and my money are being treated, and I have to say appreciate the customer service provided to me at Have A Heart.

Got some great advice from Lindon today on trying a new strain. Always appreciate the huge selection and the knowledgeable staff. Can get a little noisy inside when it's busy, but always worth it in my experience.

This is the best dispensary in Cincinnati hands down! AJ is a knowledgeable and friendly employee who has assisted me here multiple times ! Not only do they offer all the best growers and product in town , they keep you informed on your day availability amount and send you home with a reminder card ! Great place to get your medical cannabis!

Budtenders are always knowledgeable on products and can educate you on new strains, items and dispensaries. Modern, clean shop and always welcoming. If it’s your first time buying medical marijuana you won’t be nervous or intimidated (we’ve all been there). The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel comfortable. My two favorites so far are David and Jalaal; they are VERY knowledgeable and match me with fantastic products for what I’m looking for.

I’ve talked to jarrod both visits so far and he’s made it a pleasant experience both times. Good menu good deals good product.
