Higher Love - Ironwood (REC)

Ordering online with curbside pickup is great! The person that helped us today was very informative and helpful.

*This is specifically regarding pickup/curbside. I've had a lot of snags since the February opening but things have improved. Even if they seem exasperated when you remind them, TELL them every time when you give them your ID if you have a tribal/military/etc discount. It's a lot easier than having them go back and resettle your tab, and it stings to think of how many times mine wasn't applied before I realized. 10% is a lot. Things have gone far smoother since they brought Rob in doing pickup. He's got a great attitude, he knows what he's doing, and so far he's the only employee I've seen treat this like a business. He was also incredibly patient and went out of his way to sort out my order on a sweltering, crazy busy day. The only time my orders are consistently right is when he processes them, so I hate to do it to the guy but if you want the same ask for him. To the owners/managers: Please hire more employees like Rob or at least some more adults with common sense. Don't lose him to your competitors when they come to town, either. Your local community wants to shop there and support your business just as much as travellers do. Help us support you.

First of all I’d like to start by saying how incredibly wonderful this business is!! As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed like visiting a loved one! The owner was in the first time I shopped and was a real solid dude . I highly recommend visiting here any thing from top shelf premium bud like los muertos which is a new solid favorite strain thanks to higher love !! Keep it up !!

I have made a handful of purchases from this location. I would say that my very first purchase was the best. If you have time I recommend getting to the dispensary right when they open, and going inside and speaking to their bud tender. You might want to do an online order and, ignorantly unfortunately, you might assume that the best flower is going to be the most expensive one. Sadly that’s not the case here. You need to take your time and truly look at the different flowers. I’ve only been satisfied honestly one time with the flower purchased from their location. They’re concentrates are decent, their carts are decent, and their flower if you find the right one, you’ll be satisfied. Don’t go for the most expensive as it has tanked 3 to 4 times for me.

This is my fifth visit to Ironwood, four times using their preorder and pickup service. Everything has always gone smoothly. This particular time was no exception. The person who tool care of me was great and added a promotional item I was not aware of (order 09483), My only real criticism is that their facility is too small, but they are addressing this by building a larger facility right next door!

I have been shopping at Higher Love since it opened! ( and Im so glad you opened) Today was my second time trying out the online services. Jack was the young man assisting me today. Jack did an amazing job! He was very helpful with my order and explaining some of the processes and procedures. The whole time he had a great smile on his face which surprised me it is a miserable day in the UP raining and snowing. He didn’t let the weather bother him despite having to make several trips out into it! I really liked working with Jack he was friendly helpful and had a great smile the whole time. This guy is “ The real deal” when it comes to customer service!!!

We did curb side pick up and Jack is awesome. Very friendly.

As a connoisseur and strict temp controlled vaporizer, I had no expectations on my first arrival. First time was so-so, the wait can be up to an hour to hour and a half at maximum. On Wax Wednesdays for instance, the out of state traffic is abysmal and often there is only 1 or 2 free open parking spaces. My main complaint is pricing and inadequate reading... I've been in one week bought a Rosin at $22 grams, and it turned out the next week it was accidentally mislabeled internally at higher love and was actually supposed to cost $50 plus tax per gram. The other thing is terrible pricing for cartridges... When the gram carts at other dispensaries of Binske products cost $15 and $10 for a half gram at Dispo Romeo, its odd paying $30 and $23 for a half gram. Also, pricing on bulk is pointless. Compared to other dispensaries, i.e. Lume, the pricing is vastly more expensive at Higher Love. I would love to see things change as the rec scene and med scene has changed a lot in Michigan. Bottom Line, if anyone can make the drive to just about any other dispensary if its near them, I highly recommend it. If you are trapped and driving hours to Ironwood, and unable to shop elsewhere... This is the store for you.

Had drove up today initially thinking I'd be picking up my wife's order but was then told I can't do that. Fortunately after having her cancel her order and me placing my own online order, I was all set and headed home in my car within about 15-20 minutes! Awesome customer service on all ends.

Awesome little shop with a very nice selection. Prices are very fair and reasonable. What stands out most, however, is the super service. The patient/customer definitely comes first here. Very courteous and compassionate. Absolutely worth every mile of a very long drive.

Absolutely love this dispensary! Every single employee there is respectful and knowledgeable! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this joint!! No pun intended lol!!

I was in Ironwood for the weekend and decided to swing by Higher Love. My bud tender, Zavi, was absolutely amazing. He made some really awesome recommendations, was very knowledgeable and super friendly. This is a cash or debit card only dispensery. When using your debit card their system treats the transaction as an ATM. So if you have a daily limit on your debit card and exceed it you won't be able to use it cuz the card will get declined saying you've gone over your daily limit. This happened to me and Zavi took out his wallet and covered the $2 that I was short. NOBODY does that these days. The next day I placed an order for curbside pick up, paid him back and left him a tip. Great service. If I'm ever in the area again I will absolutely be stopping here again. Thanks Zavi!

Nice staff and pretty good products. The wait time and prices could improve. Avg ounce is 100 in Michigan. Carts 10 for 100 and trats 8 for 100. If wait time and prices were avg for Michigan...I'd give this place 5 stars and just come here caz the staff is so cool.

I wish they would get their stuff together because I ordered yesterday and I picked up today and then they told me that one thing I ordered wasn't available but if my order was ready why wasn't it in the bag and why did I have to get something else. So they need to be better at pick up orders.

They really need to stream line the online order pickup. Shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes to just pickup an order. Staff is friendly though.

I wanna express how thankful I am. they honored a mistake that was on the website... I'm a very frequent visitor at higher love. I was one of the 1st people in ironwood to visit the dispensary a 100 times.. Thank you again for the kindness that you show me... And of course you know, you'll see me again! 🙂
