Higher Love - Ironwood (REC)

I haven't had an in-store experience yet but the curbside pickup was HORRIBLE. I placed an order online and when I received the email saying it was ready I went to pick it up. There are only 3 curbside pickup parking spots marked with signs and a number you text when you arrive. The spots were full, so I sent a text explaining the situation and I was told to get in line. I walked to the "express" pickup door and I'm at least tenth in line. The line is outside and you don't go in while you're being helped, you continue to wait outside. There were 2 employees assisting customers but the process took FOREVER. For every customer the employees had to go in and out of the building at least 3 times, which averaged about 5-10 mins per person. My "express" pickup took about 30 mins. There are SO MANY examples of curbside pickup services, I really hope they can do some research to figure out how to make this process more streamlined. Scheduling a specific pickup time would go a long way!

A little disappointed in the fact that I ordered sour diesel preroll of the site cuz they where in stock got message saying they ran vout and would replace with some similar that's fine with me get another message saying they just got a new batch in so Kool I was looking forward to it get there get my good stuff and head on my way the guy even mentioned my discount on the sour diesel but there was none in the bag had the replacement which is fine I am just saying a little disappointed the first time all is good cuz the Wait was very short bso win win I guess???

Friendly service

I've visited 3 times now; first time I was a walk-in, the other 2 times were express pickup. Pros: **Express pickup is a breeze--even on weekends--and I both times, I got all the items I ordered. Orders were fulfilled quickly & were ready when I arrived a few hours later. **Great location--right on the main highway through town (U.S. Highway 2). **Good product, decent selection (although it always changes), good prices, and low taxes compared to other states. Cons: **Long wait times on weekends if you are a walk-in customer. I personally waited just over an hour, and I got there before they opened--customers that arrived afterwards were being quoted wait times of 2 hours. **Small waiting area for walk-ins: standing room only on weekends, with the check-in line sometimes going out the door. **Small parking lot: fills up on weekends, forcing overflow parking on the surrounding side streets (some of those side streets have parking restriction signs). **The process for express pickup has improved, but could be improved in terms of comfort and security (which might require capital investment for expansion/remodeling, due to the current space configuration). Despite the shortcomings, which I am sure will get better over time, I absolutely plan to make multiple trips back.

Love this place..very friendly and yeah there can be a wait but there is always people there and they are trying their best to get to everyone some people just have no patience or understand what its like dealing with a lot of customers at once and think everything should be about them...You guys do an awesome job and Kimberly is definitely one of my favorite she does a great job and is always smiling and friendly...

Pj was my budtender and let me just say that their customer service was TOP NOTCH. PJ was extremely attentive, knowledgeable about the products, PASSIONATE and beyond nice. They're the best! Rock star, manager material!! Thank you for being so awesome! All around good vibes.

Takes a little long but totally worth it!!!!

I was in a few months ago, many of products that were online were out of stock. The products online can be misleading whether it’s a stativa product or indica. I purchased cartridges that stated they were stativa to only find out they were in fact indica. This can have an horrible impact on the older generation who rely on the specific strains. It also affects me because I need a stativa to run my business, take care of my kids, and home. I can’t trust to make an online order cuz ya never know if the product details are correct, or if it’s actually in stock. The bud room is so tiny, the products are spread throughout the bud room so you can’t specifically see what’s in stock without bothering other customers. This is huge for me, I have anxiety along with many others and to have to move around people to see what’s in the glass makes me just wanna leave. Each register should have one of each product in the case so each customer can see it right in front of them without getting in each others way. I would have maxed out and spent 3-400 more the other day but there was no room to move. Not to mention the bud tender I had wasn’t talkative or helpful in any way. When I ordered my carts, I told him I needed some gummies and the bud tender behind him said “yes you do!” In a rude manner. So I picked a couple more items that were in the case in front of me and left. At this point I might just drive the extra 2.15 to houghton and go to NSH and the Fire station. The products may be a little more spendy but the environment is so much better.

PJ is the best member of staff at the store. Always able to help and listen to what the customer needs, and is well educated in the products the store carries. 10/10

I absolutely loved every second even when the wait was lonnnggg. Thank you for all you do!! And the guy working the door with the most gorgeous blue eyes (I’m sorry, Jake, was it? Jack?) either way, he was so helpful and let me tell you those eyes are the most striking blue ever 🥰

The guys are great here! Everyone's courteous and kind. Jack was the best today. Place to order it was ready for pickup within 5 minutes unbelievable! :-)

I always have a good experience with Ironwood Higher Love. Sometimes there is longer wait times if you shop inside, but the bud-tenders are awesome and patiently assist with questions. I have learned to place a pick up order and pick up goes very smoothly. Placed a pick up order late Friday night, I arrived at the store at opening (10am) and was out of there in 9 minutes. Five stars all around. :)

Jake was very nice and provided such a welcoming atmosphere. I'm definitely reccomding Higher Love to my friends and family. When my order was ready I didn't have to wait very long. Thank you so much for a great experience, Jake!

Placed an online order and it took 2hrs for confirmation then another hour to get a message to say it was being filled, then another half hour later was told the pick up lone was now closed at 7pm! When it says online 8pm....mind you its only 655 and they took 2 other peoples ID in the meantime, now told me to go inside and there would be NO wait....yet hear i still sit waiting for now 17 mins since being sent inside! Just not worth the HORRIBLE wait
