Huge shoutout to Ema at Metro Jars for absolutely rolling out the green carpet. From the moment I walked in, Ema was nothing but accommodating, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable—never rushed, never pushy, just pure good vibes and expert guidance. They took the time to answer all my questions, broke everything down in a way that actually made sense, and made sure I left feeling confident in my choices (and very excited to enjoy them). Their knowledge is as top-shelf as the products, and their patience deserves a standing ovation—or at least a perfectly packed bowl. Ema didn’t just help me shop—they helped me elevate the experience. If customer service were a strain, Ema would be a five-star hybrid: smooth, uplifting, and unforgettable. 🌬️✨ Metro Jars is lucky to have them—because Ema is truly the high point of the visit. Since their near-endless, but finally completed, remodel, the quality of the experience of shopping at Jars Metro has changed markedly, and for the better. The selection at Jars has always been great, with the newly renovated shop it is now much easier for employees to quickly get customers their order. The remodel, which we all know almost always takes several times as long as contractor estimates, really gives the store a modern, relaxed look. Parking is no longer an issue, and I’ve got to say that the remodel really remade Jars Metro. Shout out to Angel for the great service last time I was in.

I arrived to pick up online order and we found ourselves standing in line longer than normal. but while there a man gave another patron enough money to cover his order...he was short a couple bucks. it was sweet and gave me hope there are still caring good folks that understand....and Rhianna was awesome too. very nice experience. kudos to the facelift you guys did to your building it's great!!

I got a delivery a couple weeks ago. It was perfect. They gave me a couple freebies. I really enjoy jars whether I get a delivery or whether I visit the storefront I never have a bad experience ever.

I love this location! It was a great spot before renovations, now it's so clean, security is tight, marketing is top tier, product is easily viewed, parking is much easier. Best of all though, the people. The staff is just fantastic, so friendly, so knowledgeable, they know their product, and they get the lines through fast, without pushing you on your individual time. Good vibes all around, good community even when you have to wait for a minute. Oh and the points 🤌🏼🔥 I'm a fan

My go-to shop, really wish they would have sensory-friendly hours tho! The music and lights are loud and bright. Great products and service however.

this is my local shop and I’ve always loved the place. They always have great sales and wonderful people working there. My only complaint is the recent inclusion of the Tyson products and the full-size cut out of him in the lobby. That man is a convicted rapist and it’s a little sad to know my local sharp support someone like that.
