Last time I visited Tina did a great job and was very patient with my questions. Not sure who helped me today I know exactly what I wanted, and make it very easy for them. The person who helped me showed obvious frustration and attitude when I was calling one of the edible containers pink when she was saying it was red. Not something to show frustration towards the customer about. With the turnover rate I've seen at this place I'm sure that employee won't be last in there very long.

Every time I visit this establishment everyone is so pleasant ,welcoming and very respectful.

I shared a review about the half ounce of strawberries and cream #4 being old and bad I had also bought a cart and it didn't work and I tried multiple batteries even bought a brand new battery and it still didn't work so with the half ounce and the kart and I couldn't smoke either one so that's 80 dollars wasted I will shop here again but I will be more cautious next time

Great deals and service

This store got me good on the Drip Prepack 3.5g Motorbanger OG DRIP Oils + Extracts Flower that after running through my grinder had premature white seeds that made the smoke harsh to smoke. I cannot give good a recommendation on this strain.

Sebastian and John Are the Best Duo at Jars! I’ve been going to Jars for almost a year now, and I just wanted to say thank you for making every visit feel welcoming. At first, I wasn’t sure about the vibe because there used to be a chick with short blk hair at the front desk (you know to checked ID'S and stuff) she was a fucking cunt at times. and im sure I wasnt the only one who felt this way. But boy im so thankfully, she’s no longer there anymore, which has made the experience much better. man she was a pure bitch. Now, onto the real stars of this review—Sebastian and John. Let’s face it: they’re hands down the best duo you could ask for behind the counter. As someone who was new to going to the dispensary when I first started visiting, it was very overwhelming to figure out what to choose. But these two make the process so easy! They’re incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable, which is exactly what you want as a customer. It never feels like they’re just trying to sell you something and rush you out the door. like some budtenders (who I won't say) but these two dudes.. they take the time to chat, understand what you’re looking for, and give recommendations that actually make sense. Plus, they’re FUCKING COOL ASS HELL! Whoever is running the show at Jars—please, by all means, keep these two behind the counter. They’re the reason I keep coming back! Sincerely, Mario V.
