I’m so over this place. I left a review before (maybe on google and def on yelp) about the cumbersome shopping experience here. Having a VAST selection and relying on the incompetent “bud tenders” to HOPE they bring you what you ask for because you’re not allowed to go to sections where people are working with someone. I was told HIPPA laws were the reason. Yet I’m literally standing right next to someone else buying product, and I can easily overhear everything because they’re LITERALLY RIGHT NEXT TO ME. Your excuse as to why you don’t allow people to go look at your walls is absolutely ridiculous considering that people check out within feet of each other and can hear everything already. So CHANGE THAT! What a BS excuse! Let us SHOP like other dispensaries do!
The reason I’m leaving this review today is because I ordered online yesterday because one of my favorite products were on BOGO. I get there when my order is ready, and the “online order” line was literally wrapped around the building. The walk in line was only a handful of folks inside. I walked in to talk to the manager to see what the hell was going on and why this was like this, only to find another man already ripping the manager a new one about this. By the way…all this manager did was stand there and smile, looking absolutely stoned as hell, while this customer had a legit complaint. He didn’t seem to care one bit, with his stupid stoner smile. We were told there were 4 people working walkins, and only 2 doing online orders. Why!?! We are responsible enough to have our order together and be ready to get in and out. Why are we in a line that’s literally wrapped around the building!?!?
Then he turns to me when he sees I’m standing there listening, and I said I was here for the same reason. And with his stupid stoner smile again, he said “well there are plenty of other dispensaries around”. Wow! Thanks for that bit of insight Mr. Stoned Manager. I was unaware. But thanks to this managers extremely poor handling of this situation, and his wonderful suggestion to give my money to other dispensaries rather than yours….then so be it. Totally fine to go elsewhere. Only reason I even still came to jars was the pricing. But now, with this kind of service, Jars is no longer worth having my business. My friend who also has a medical card had multiple issues with orders here before and had voiced it with a manger, and that manger said “don’t worry, I’ll add a little something to your account for your troubles”….guess what your awesome manager DID NOT do? Exactly. Of course he didn’t follow through and give my buddy anything. Now my buddy no longer goes here either.
You guys need to get your act together and hire people that aren’t idiots. Or is that all that’s left in this day and age?
I started doing online orders to avoid that crazy line that was usually for walk-ins. Now I order online to be efficient and fast, and now I AM the one stuck in a line that’s literally wrapped around your building while your manager smiles and suggests we visit other stores.
Unacceptable. So now the order I placed, had to be put back because I didn’t have time to wait in a 40 min line…nor could I make it back before closing time. So, the product I ordered that doesn’t go on BOGO very often, now got put back and I’m SOL on that deal now, and have to wait for whenever this finally goes back on BOGO. So now, your prices aren’t even going to keep me coming back. Not when this happens.
So over this place. Going to other dispensaries from now on. It’s unfortunate because we drop about $500-$600 a month here. No more.
