Always a great experience with jars. The people, the atmosphere, the vibes. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Service is usually pretty quick too. Didn’t know about curbside pick up…fucking BONUS! LOVE IT!
Christopher is awesome!
The employees are great and knowledgeable. They answered my questions and made me feel comfortable.
Joe was very nice and helpful.
Good vibes and nice people
Picked up an online order for two Super Fog disposable vapes last week but one of them was out of order. I called Jars New River and let them know one of the vapes I received wasn't working. They told me to come back as soon as I could so they could take a look at it. I returned as soon as I could that day, one of the managers determined the product was defective then instantly replaced it with a new one free of charge. They were extremely polite and apologetic about the circumstance and resolved it precisely how it should have been resolved which is why they will continue to receive my business.
Dispensary response:
Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re sorry you received a defective product, but we’re glad the team at JARS New River could take care of it quickly and professionally. It means a lot to know you felt supported and valued—and we truly appreciate your continued business. Looking forward to serving you again soon!
