I've shopped here every week for years, before it was even a Jars store. I put my order in online as usual this morning. I get a call 20 minutes later from Jars saying my Drivers Lic is expired. I disagree as it doesn't expire for another decade. He rudely tells me to bring my "new ID" when I come then he cancels my online order after we hang up. I'm trying to call in as I write this review and I've been on hold 20 minutes. Why are you this bad at customer service? I'm loyal, I don't shop anywhere but THIS STORE! Why do you treat a good customer so disrespectfully?

I just can’t stop coming here! It’s always the same incredible deals! If ever I have any issues, they usually have the best customer service. I’ve been coming here for well over a year and I just don’t bother with other dispensaries. I once pre ordered a pre roll. After I already purchased and left to go home, I notice the tube the pre roll came in was EMPTY! I was so scared that nobody would believe that I received an empty container. I almost didn’t want to say anything about it. I called and spoke with a manager and they were completely respectful of my time and money I already spent. The manager just had me come back in to give me a replacement. It’s stuff like this that has me coming back! Shout out to Valerie and all of my favorite Jars staff at 27th Ave! They already know me by name when I come in! Some of the budtenders know my preferences so well that they don’t even waste my time asking what I’d like 😊 I used to go to different Jars locations such as New River, but 27th Ave is my all time favorite since it’s close to Starbucks and other fun shopping center 💕
