JARS Cannabis - Phoenix/Arcadia (Med/Rec)

Arcadia location haa the best budtenders they are very friendly and knowledge about all cannabis products and discounts!

Normally great. Oddly experience last time where a manager wanted me to put names on reviews but the person who helped me that time forgot to put their name on the receipt lol

RYAN S. did not provide good customer service. I wasn’t greeted and he just asked for “ID” no hi or anything . Snatched my id from my hand and wasn’t nice about showing me different options. i asked for indica and he scanned the first one he grabbed without asking if that’s the one i wanted. It looked good so i grabbed it anyways. I handed him $40 and my change was $2 and he put it back on the counter and didn’t even hang my bag over. he left it on the counter and DID NOT SAY ANYTHING!!!!! very rude, this is the second time this employee has been rude.

Amazing staff and great music. Always super helpful and dope energy 🙏🏽🫶🏽
