This is my fave dispensary and I’ve been to many.

Best place ever

Losing a lot of business from me (OMMP patient) recently due to the lack of upkeep on the menu. Lots of turnover with the staff. Not really a fan of the budtenders who served me the last few times. Handling flowers with their bare hands, it's unnecessary and disgusting. It also seems like their scales are off a bit. Kaleafa has always felt super transactional, but it was still tolerable until they stopped updating their menu online. Now it's definitely not worth the trip since I'm flying totally blind.

Peacelynn is incredible! I have come in looking for products to help provide me with some relief from my MS symptoms several times now and she has been consistently super helpful! I always feel like I am learning something new and leaving with what’s best for me! The atmosphere of the shop in general, is a good one! Thank you!

On my 2nd visit here, I was sadly disappointed. First time was great, but I recieved annoying customer service today. Jesse was possibly having a bad day, but it seems from previous reviews that this may be a regular thing for him. I spent a moment reviewing the menu, and selected an option that I've liked before. He informed me that I was "in luck that my choice was in stock, cuz the menu board is outdated. He told me they sell a lot of weed and he spends 40 hours a week with the stuff so he knows a lot." (crickets) He didn't share any info about jars he plopped down on the counter, so i stood there with awkward silence trying to decide for myself how to spend my money. I got some flower, but wanted more..... I couldn't really wait to get out. This place efffed up my mood, when i went looking for a mood boost. Hopefully customer service becomes a focus, because it hurt business revenue today. On a positive note, my partner has only had good experiences here, and I really enjoyed my first visit to this shop. I may return, but I'm not in any hurry to do so. They seem to have enough business.

I love Kaleafa, I try to come in whenever I can. they often the best selection and price around here. But I've had a few unfortunate experiences. tonight was one of them. I suffer from severe complex PTSD and anxiety, so unfortunately it's really hard for me to deal with someone having a bad day. the budtender I saw tonight was Jesse, and he must have been stressed because it was busy. he was short and unfriendly with me and was very harsh about setting containers down, making them much louder than necessary. of course this makes my PTSD say "he's angry! get out of there!" and I'm left staring blankly and mumbling trying to decide on my next moves while my brain tries to quickly add 2+2 together, my brain gets 6, and then I make weird, rushed choices. I asked for Platinum GSC, because it was an $8/g on the Leafly menu, but I know they can barely keep that thing up to date so I was not expecting them to have it. instead of telling me they were out, he pulls out Platinum Animal Cookies, which is related but not the same thing, and also not an $8/g, but he didn't tell me that. After checking the menu at home I see it was $10/g, so I feel tricked. I was going to get 2/8s and 2g but after the swap I only got 1g, and when you're poor you gotta make those grams last. he didn't give me a receipt, either, so I couldn't say he screwed me by not telling me prices. but he totally did. he's not the only one I've had problems with in the past here, but this is the first time it's been this bad, and the first time I've been able to remember a name. as someone who hopes to be a budtender one day and has experience in American retail, I'm very disappointed in the overall treatment I've received. some of us come here for medical needs even if we don't have OMMP cards, and it's hard enough for some of us to talk to strangers, never mind trying to make sure we know 100% what we're getting because we're afraid of causing trouble somehow. please be courteous to your customers. please at least tell them how much each strain is. don't be that guy. I'll come back, and I'll deal with Jesse if I have to, but I hope someone talks to him about his attitude.

They were very helpful and social. I felt welcome in every way as a first time being st this location. They showed me the products and answered any questions I had and helped me find exactly what I wanted for a decent price point

Easy to get to from 217. Megan was very Helpful. She went out of Her way to find out what just came in for the 420 sale for Me! Very Happy with the whole Experience!

The location is good but I’ve had multiple orders gotten wrong. After a few times I’ve learned you always have to check your product before you leave the store. I was shown some what looked like great oil but when I checked after purchasing it was the wrong product and the oil looked very bad.. very discouraging, very untrusting of their employees now.....

I think my favorite thing about this location is not only how much diversity they have in product but also, how full of personality their staff and atmosphere is! Every time I go into Kaleafa I am welcomed into helpful and enjoyable purchase- and always feel taken care of (even at some really busy times!) I drive 45 minutes to come into this shop because it is well worth it! Thank you guys!

my favorite shop so far.

This is my favorite shop to go to. Great product great staff usualy. Been a couple months since i came in and the place has changed alot. I walked in and no greeting Wasnt as welcoming as before. Let that go and went into the main room. A female staff was very uninviting and when i told her what i was looking for she rolled her eyes and showed me jars of product that was not what i asked for ( indica maybe hybrid but i needed indica) she assumed my price range and gave me attitude when i asked for top shelf. I touched a jar to smell not knowing the rules had changed and she snapped at me and grabbed the jar from my hands saying rudely i cant touch the jars. I work customer service and get that its annoying but be decent about it at least. I decided i no longer wanted to be in the store and quickly made a product choice. She threw the buds on the scale and glared the whole time. Love this shop and i tend to only shop here when im out. Edger is awsome and the other staff are always helpful i dont know if she was having a bad day but buying this product should be a good expirence. This time was not. She acted like my minimal questions where a burden. Too bad might think twice about coming whre again with her attitude

Menu is never correct, when I call I get the most ridiculous excuses why its wrong. Its called bait an switch guys come on. If you don't care about the atmosphere an employees lacking knowledge come on in. As a medical patient there are many better locations that try harder an not act like black market dealer with a store front. Flower is way to pricey for what they have.

So for the prices, and selection- this place is amazing. However, they definitely need to do a re-evaluation of their staff. A couple ladies that work here act as though helping you is such a huge job. Yes, weed sells itself but that doesn’t mean you should forget about customer service.

one of the few places with actual competitive pricing. they are a corporate with multiple stores so they can go with out profits for sometime meaning there proces are lower then most.

I LOVE this store! it's very well organized for a smaller store, i'm always in and out because they know what I like. I appreciate you Kaleafa. You a true Homie. Shout out to Egor for being awesome!

Kaleafa has products I can’t count on! They have worked on providing the best for patients. I’m so scared of going to other places in fear of not getting what I actually pay for. I have gone to other places like Eugene as well and still have a hard time finding anything like this store. Prices may be diffident but you can’t always go cheap when it comes to your cbd but they always make it reasonable. I keep getting let down with products that aren’t helping my fibromyalgia and to say that this store does it all says a lot! Went to another place last week that opened up by me and was really really disappointed on the product I had gotten was horrible! Even when kaleafa doesn’t have the certain strain or product I need they match it up to the next closest thing to that particular products and let me tell you.. they still don’t go wrong when it comes my fibro. I fear going to other places because of that particular reason.

this place is a joke not as knowledgeable as they try to appear they lied and said i was belligerent because I corrected one of their budtenders and his lack of knowledge they're very snotty and boujee you think they're better than everybody honestly f*** this place and if you're a true stoner you would never go to a location like this They don't respect you they are condescending and talk s*** about customers to other customers I've seen it in person

As usual, I got excellent service today, but I am sad to know that Nick, who was my bud tender again this visit, is leaving this location to go to work at Kaleafa's newest location which will be opening in Oregon City, soon. He also told me that Matt and Tyler are going, too. I will definitely be sad to see all of these guys leave. They are all top-notch kind of guys and bud tenders. But, Nick was telling me that all three of them live closer to that location, so I was happy for all of them to not have to make that bear of a commute every time they have to go to work. Traffic in the Portland Metro area is getting nuts now days. I want to thank all of you for making my visits great and also, to the owners of Kaleafa for treating your employees right and taking care of them in this way. I guess that is why the service and bud tenders here are so good. They have great people to work for. That says a lot about this place. Nick, Tyler and Matt, you all will be missed. Oregon City, our loss is YOUR gain. Nice to know that Eden and Michael will still be there. Thank goodness for that!

This is the place my older brother goes to all the time, and will now be one of mine! I got more weed here for less than the first dispensary I went to. Plus Frank was really helpful when I told him why I smoke weed and pointed out some really great choices!

love the prices for the cartridges they make. good flower. always lots of selection on what you'll need. Friendly staff.

I have been going to this location regularly for over 3 months now. I cannot say enough good things about this place! The prices and daily deals are great! I always look forward to dollar gram day [M+Tu]! The selection on bud is really good! The location and overall atmosphere is awesome! But the customer service from all the bud-tenders, is what makes this place my favorite dispensary in the area! All the bud-tenders are just super nice and helpful! I just got a 1/4oz of Durban Poison this evening, and I'm really enjoying it!- D
