We've been going to Kaleafa Beaverton once a week since the first day they opened shop, before that we used to go to their Portland Woodstock location. We love that they always have a huge selection to choose from, very affordable prices, and the rewards program keeps us coming back! The staff are very nice and if you have a problem or questions Egor and the others will help you in any way they can. I always recommend Kaleafa to my friends and family. First time being to the shop, I live in a different part of town but came in to pickup some Blueberry since its hard in my area. My Budtender was fantastic and recommended some Heavy Ooey Gooey which is probably my new favorite. Will be back for sure.

Ok I come here often but there is a female that works there that is so rude I don’t know why I go back probably because you have good strains. I just want people to be aware that there are over 400 dispensaries in Oregon, we can go to another one if not treated well. And there are plenty in the Beaverton area.

As an employee in the cannabis industry and an avid consumer, I like to check out new shops and what they have to offer in regards to customer service and product quality. I have visited the Beaverton location 3 times now (with new hope and an open - mind) and every time have left just slightly dissatisfied. The first visit was poor customer service, as if the bud tender was perturbed by my questioning. The second visit left me with a gram of GG#4 concentrate that was coated in a funky white powdery color from maybe the silicone container. This left me wondering if the oil had been an older product or just poor quality. Regardless, it was not charming to the eye; however, the oil was effective in potency. Finally, tonight I visited for a third time, and again left dissatisfied. The gram of bud I requested was nothing more than .3 of the gram in stem and the rest of the product was leafy. It was not the end of the jar or poorly trimmed buds , again it was poor customer service and the bus tenders lack of interaction with the customer. Overall, I won't visit this location again. Not to mention the numerous phone calls I have attempted to make about when they would restock a specific topical. Each time, the same vague answer. Which, again, I work in the industry myself, and know restocking can be fickle. However, with better customer service, my questions could be answered more clearly.

Our motto in the shop is "the customer is always right" so I will assume what you are mostly saying is true. I will agree that silicon pucks leave residue but we have changed to a different packaging type so in the future, this issue will not exist...As for the customer service, I will assume our employees have "off" moments but it certainly is not the norm for any of our shops as you can read by our history of reviews. Lastly, a stem weighing .3grams on a gram of flower is very rare. Most stems maybe weigh .1gram (and I have weighted many stems) so next time ask the budtender to "trim" down the flower...We do that regularly as part of our service. Since we buy bags already weighed and sealed, we can only control that factor once it hits the sales floor.

Been going to Kaleafa for flower, which has been great. However, I went a few days ago and wanted to try concentrate for the first time. Had a completely different experience. Poor customer service from a person who knew absolutely nothing about concentrates and I was given some random hybrid FlavrX concentrate cart that I didn't really see until after I paid. It was in a beat up and slightly torn box, looked like the box had sat there forever. The Cart inside had faded letters and leaked all over the place. What a waste of $58 and it makes me really reluctant in coming back to Kaleafa.

This place has been my go to for a year now. I however won't be back. I went to get a gram of oil. Some Sour Bubba. The Budtender noticed it wasn't the same as the display and asked someone I'm assuming is in charge of it was ok. He was told yes it's fine. It wasn't fine. Not only was it considerably lower thc. but it was dark brown vs. an Orange Amber color in the display. I ok'd the difference in thc. This oil is not even usable and there's not a gram in there either. The oil is oozing out the sides of the plastic. Deception is not ok. I purchased this oil on the assumption it was similar quality as the display. Not even close.

I found close to 20 seeds in the last quarter I bought from Kaleafa. I grind my flowers, so there were probably more. No wonder smoking it was giving me headaches. 😡

MATT BE DAT DUDE!!! Here's the scoop; I go in talking to Matt about cartridge problems and he says bring it back if it doesn't work. I bought a cheap $30ish gram cartridge and a few days later it's so clogged I can't draw through it. 3 weeks later I'm telling Matt about my struggle and buying two different cartridges, he says bring that old one in, he tries it says it's clogged, FULL REFUND. Now I know it was my fault for buying cheap but it should still work and he agreed. This place has the dank, it's got the oil, and now I see it has great customer service. I'll be back weekly for that $1 gram and more oil.

super disappointed in kaleafa. point system was down for over a month. i asked if i would be accruing points even with the system merging and they assured me i would be on multiple visits. i spent over $200 during this time and saved up somewhere near $200 in loyalty points(trying to catch a deal) now they’re telling me that the points were not accruing while they were merging systems like they thought. no answer as to if they’d be righting that with their customers....definitely would not have been buying their overpriced shake and oil if i had known this.

Our computer point system being down for a few weeks definitely made things complicated, and while we thought the points were accruing, they were not. We have done our best to go back though the sales history with each customer in order to make things right. Please come back in and ask to speak to the floor leader and he or she will look at your purchases for the affected time period and credit you with the correct number of points. The loyalty point reward system is something that we love being able to provide for our customers and we will do our best to fix this hiccup in the system. Thank you!

My husband and I have been shopping here for the last year and been there over 50 times and we'll keep coming back again and again! Jesse has always been very helpful and got us great prices on glass and flower. Best customer service ever! Feels like family, always has fresh coffee and candy ready right at the front door. Everyone that works there are always ready and doing amazing jobs! This is my favorite shop!

Super clean and friendly staff. Not my first time in, but these guys are killing the competition. Great to see a nice shop pop up in a friendly neighborhood walking distance from my house. Matt Stewart was my budtender and was extremely helpful! Will come back for sure.

Friendly staff, low prices on flower and concentrates . Just make sure your paying for the right things , and always get a receipt because I was charged extra even though I was told a product was at a lower price , and only realized it after I left. I Ended up going back to being told you paid for the more expensive item, and ended up just keeping it...

This became my go to shop the day it opened due to their location right off the freeway and the fact they have the best shatter prices in the area. Service is always friendly and their selection is huge.

Love it always have some nice flower for a good price And if you want to spend more they have some great top shelf. I would probably say this is my go to place I love to hit up all the different dispensaries but I always go back to Khalifa.

Beautiful interior design. Me and my hubby been coming here over a dozen times. First impression was great but after a few visits I've been noticing a lot of thick and long stems in my flower. They start to use smaller bag or cheap paper bag for the merchandises. More over, Knowing that the 17%thc GG is cheaper 22%thc GG, my hubby was charged for $64 for a quarter of 17%GG instead of $60 for the 22%GG indicated on their menu. It's not a big deal, but I do not like to be lied to. Stoned is not equal Stupid. I will be a stoner for life. Unfortunately I will not be your life-time customer. I was really hoping to =( . Be warned.

Sorry to hear about these issues. I never want to minimize any concern so please bring this to the attention of the Bud Leader on Duty if you elect to come back. I can address that the bags have not changed and with 3 strains of GG, it was most likely an honest mix-up. We see a lot of customers and deal with over a 100 strains so any confusion would be accidental as it does not pay to squeeze money from consumers. Always feel empowered to bring concerns to the staff as I have instructed all employees to treat customers like family and give them the benefit of all doubts even when I know the situation is not in our favor.
