Losing a lot of business from me (OMMP patient) recently due to the lack of upkeep on the menu. Lots of turnover with the staff. Not really a fan of the budtenders who served me the last few times. Handling flowers with their bare hands, it's unnecessary and disgusting. It also seems like their scales are off a bit. Kaleafa has always felt super transactional, but it was still tolerable until they stopped updating their menu online. Now it's definitely not worth the trip since I'm flying totally blind.
Menu is never correct, when I call I get the most ridiculous excuses why its wrong. Its called bait an switch guys come on. If you don't care about the atmosphere an employees lacking knowledge come on in. As a medical patient there are many better locations that try harder an not act like black market dealer with a store front. Flower is way to pricey for what they have.
The location is good but I’ve had multiple orders gotten wrong. After a few times I’ve learned you always have to check your product before you leave the store. I was shown some what looked like great oil but when I checked after purchasing it was the wrong product and the oil looked very bad.. very discouraging, very untrusting of their employees now.....
