Very true " prices just keep going up ? You give no descriptions of you are buying ? Always a great disappointment when you see what you bought?leaf life used give wonderful holiday deals , many good deals all through the week ? And who wants to buy expensive bud and not know what's in it ? Blind buying ? Most buyers generally know what it is that they want if they had some kind of description ? And it would speed up time for everyone ? I am sure many others fill the same way ? I fill that you are taking advantage of my need for this kind of medicine?

Trash. Concentrates are garbage and way overpriced. at least when it was 5 for 60, you could say you get what you pay for. I went in today and asked for any shatter that isnt dark. She laughed at me and handed me venom extracts that was literally brown. F this place

there is false advertising subline half oz where on special and I go and they have none not only that I asked for about 3 different products after that and they had none of them the staff is very cool even in that situation but if they don't have the product they shouldn't advertise it

Ordered a couple of carts about 2 hrs before close time, I didn't get a text back till 2pm the next day very bad service won't go back or order anything again.

I ordered online and on my way to pick up I got a message saying that didn't have what I ordered and they canceled it. So I quickly reordered because I was already on my way. When I get there I go to the window and they get my order and tell me that next time I have to wait 15 minutes. I explained what had happened and that it had been over a half hour since the first order and I was already I. Route. She gets a horrible rude face and says next time wait the 15 minutes or we won't serve you and walks away all rude. Never in my life have I been treated that way while spending my money. I hate this dispo. I called and talked to the district manager but I don't feel like it will be addressed I will not be giving giving them any more money

I came in the other day to check out this Harvest after checking out the ones in the valley. I didn't mind waiting outside because of Covid and they had a very decent flower choice, once I ignored their stripper-like female tender and looked up the strains myself that is. I imagine if you don't get the latinas helping you, you probably get actual information about the strains. Everytime I asked about strains I was interested in, the tender simply said "trash" or "fire" and pointed me towards another strain that had a high thc % and a higher price tag. I was interested in some strains that were lower on their THC % list but had a great looking buds, awesome parent plants that I knew I liked or had a TERP profile that I was interested in, but the tender simply said "Trash". So I asked her to suggest something for me and she said "Okay babe" and pointed me to a high % flower on their top tier. When I asked her why she liked it she said it was fire and got her f**ked up. I imagine these tenders work on a comission base because they were acting like strippers trying to get tips. Hopefully they educate these tenders to be able to describe flower better than "trash" or "fire". Not all patients who come here are uneducated on how Cannabis works and I was extremely embarassed for this young lady. Avoid the tenders who call you babe instead of your actual name, they want to try to flirt for their tips and also do your research before going inside incase you get them, they won't know anything except to point you to the most expensive flower. I eventually just picked some Yetti Kush after hearing another tender say it was her favorite currently and heard her explain more to her customer about the strain. I was very happy with it. From now on I will online order after doing my own research on the strains and save my money that would have been a tip for service.

Harvest should allow the online windows to help out customers who are waiting to go to the back when they have no one picking up a online order once again I had to leave because the wait time is ridiculously long

I went in yesterday (this is my local & regular dispensary) just sad, anxious & overall depressed. Jasper helped me explore flower strains that would be best for me & it helped so much! Thanks for taking the time. Shout out to Angelica too she always takes great care of me & goes the extra mile!

Was given wrong 1/8th when I picked up my online order, thankfully I noticed before driving back 30 minutes home. I went back inside and was then made to sit and wait over 15 minutes to be brought in the back and told to stand there waiting (another 10-15 minutes) for the correct 1/8th. Staff didn’t seem very prepared for the amount of people inside, was very chaotic. Got the “premium” 1/8th home and it’s tiny popcorn buds that are poorly trimmed and stemmy. Not pleased. Sadly this location seems to be going downhill each time I visit.

Not here to talk about the staff or my regular experience, that’s never an issue.. these gas prices tho.. bruh $65 for weed that hits at 22%.. no buddy! alien whatever and connected plants who cares! Not worth it! For $65 that’s low! Your own staff advised me to wait until we can apply the discount! wack ass product! Sorry if you like this $65 rip off but for that price you can get way better..

What a trash location. Rude receptionists that obviously hate their job and take it out on the customer. No organizaion in the front or the back. Expect to stand in line for 45 minutes. What a joke

Harvest Casa Grande is the A****** of Dispenserys; menu is NEVER updated, bud tenders are less then intelligent and when they skip you, they make you feel like it's Your fault that you got skipped.

O stars this dispensary can not follow through I've placed 3 orders and have had 3 orders canceled snd nobody can tell me why. I would recommend this dispensary to nobody!!!! The only reason i gave them one star is because I had to in order for my review to be accepted
