Back to back online orders were substituted with a much lower THC level. Met an older "budtender" that claimed she was a doctor and that I could not get buzzed on gummies because I did not have a gall bladder. I now go to Health For Life and the Sticky Segauro.

Great staff. I come here for my edibles. I buy flower here when I have no choice because its pricey & not a good selection unless you like expensive $65 1/8 prepackaged. Sometimes the have it cheaper.
One good thing is that that take care of us medical patience when it comes to not having to stand in line.
Oh please bring back the Healing Resources products.
Never have good product, weights are off, staff act like they don’t care ?
I have live in the east valley and there is so many great places but this one here in casa grande is so off base!! What is going on harvest ???
I have been to every harvest in the valley none of them are like the one here in Casa grande I buy large quantities when I go to this dispensary and I always leave a tip but it doesn’t matter. The people who can’t get to the valley are suffering from bad service, old underweight, flower. I have been there and got an 1/2 oz and got home and realized they are actually selling “popcorn buds “
They are lower buds that produce lower THC content then the top regular buds.
They are ripping off casa grande and this is where the protests should start .
We need better variety and choice and it’s time to make our voices heard !!!

I've been here twice. While I didn't get exactly what I wanted the first time, I was sold a decent alternative and the second time I was able to find what I wanted. The people are very friendly and I will definitely be going back

I drove out from Yuma just to come here. The bud tenders are friendly, the selections are lovely. I enjoyed the atmosphere. And I got double what I would out in Yuma for the same damn price. Yuma has one dispensary and they charge outrageous prices because they can. JamestownCenter in Yuma charges 240 for a 1/2oz pre-pack of mediocre bud. 175 for 3.5grams of concentrate. The Modern flower is garbage. The guy at the front is bunk with the backwards hat with the valley of the Suns hat snapback he is no help hitting on the women that come in asking what there doing so they meet up and worth of s**t. Hopefully they bring another dispensary into CG.. Get it straight CASA GRANDE. if I could give no stars for service I would!!!

I have been a patient of Leaf Life for some years now. I am very upset with today's experience. First off, I ordered online from leafly. I received the order number, what I ordered and the total due. When I arrived at leaf life, I was told I did not have an online order. Well, thank god I take screen shots etc. I showed my order confirmation to the budtender and she said, hmm, nope we didn't get that. Ok, well, I still would like my order. Oh, were out of the Cinderealla 99. Manager and budtender went into the "back room" and decided they would offer me any of the house flower for the same price. Ok, so I choose one. Into the "back room" they go...After some time, the budtender comes back and states, Oh we don't have that house flower either, after it was already offered to me. So, they come in tow with 2 "new" 70.00 half oz, none of which was on the menu anywhere. I chose not to buy that "new" mystery flower that just came out of the sky. I truly believe this is a huge bait and switch dispensary as this is not the first time they have done this to me. The budtender evidently was tired of hearing my disappointment and handed me the bag and said "here you go". After all this, there was no thank you, no sorry's and a budtender that was just plain done with helping me!
I love this place! Medical, best prices..
Seem like all these idiots leaving bad reviews must be recreational’s, because that is when all bad reviews started..

ever since harvest bought the place its been down hill. i miss leaflife. can't wait till someone opens up another dispensary in town. i just drive up to oasis 90% of the time now

My budtender was pretty annoyed that I let her know that you guys were overcharging me and I showed her my review order online Express pickup and then she came back 10 minutes later with the manager and rewarded what the website pricing was but informed me that it's a different pricey and that was not my issue that was their issue that's why I got the deal she was very rude and not understanding especially when I had an online Express order I was better off just waiting and it would have been a lot faster that way but the quality of marijuana was beautiful and the atmosphere was great it was just my budtender needs a little bit more south skills and not be so condescending

Awesome deals
Called in my order. Got a message that said it was ready. I went to open the door but 4 people also wanted to enter. For almost 10 minutes I sat outside in triple digit temps. Of the 4 people only 2 had orders waiting. Had to wait again until the walk ins were processed. You need to
enter by separate lines. Also this dispensary has a severe lack of edibles.

The manager kelena with the contacts and fake freckles doesnt know anything about medicinal marijuana. Shes more interested in trying to look cute and being hella rude to the patients. After my first time here and having her talk about everything except the actual effects of flower im not interested in ever coming back. Harvest needs to quit hiring people that dont know anything about marijuana, if i wanted a plastic barbie wannabe like her telling me to buy flower based on just the names id ask my niece but she is probably more knowledgeable. Dont buy your weed from people that dont smoke and stop hiring managers that dont even smoke and are just rude. Ill drive to phoenix for my flower from now on. This place went downhill since Harvest took over. I MISS LEAF LIFE!!!!

Homie greeting people at the door was very cool, respectful and very helping, homegirl who helped me out was also a very amazing person, she was polite, funny, and knew what she was doing, if I come back to harvest it’ll definitely be because of them two, the $40 8th of sandia was Midcity and their prerolls tasted like trim with no high, I’ll definitely be grabbing the $65 next time sadly spending more money, No more $40 8th mids plz

People are amazing . I have to say for a work environment, full of surprises the day I was here. (Toilet overflow) ( governor shutting down state early) plus all us customers lining up. ..... Cheery upbeat and my budtender even caught a mistake in my order before I did. Didn't catch her name but her # on receipt ends with 562 . Great job crew!!! 5-31-20.

Already was over this place when Harvest took it from bad to worse. Even their decent medicine is dry and expensive. A few weeks back, we pre-ordered an ounce of flower, and when we got it home and opened it, it was smaller than popcorn nugs, when we paid for regular flower. I've gotten shake bigger than that. My husband called and spoke to a manager, who said to bring all the unopened 8ths back and they would take a look and make it right, but it was almost closing time, so we had to wait until morning since we live outside of town. The guy in the morning pretty much said tough luck, all of our product is that way, though nothing was advertised about it. He did not offer any refund or store credit, or do anything to compensate. Since they are the ONLY game in town, and the whole area for that matter, you end up having to go there sometimes, and today was that day again. Nothing decent or affordable, so settled for a 1/2 oz of indica shake. It's packed in an opaque envelope in the bag, and upon opening, at least half of it is trim, too much to call it shake. They cut the shake with trim, you can tell cuz they are whole leaves. They're false advertisers at the very least, with bad ethics. One of the budtenders said that they are sending our Arizona grown medicine to California to be processed and sent back, so I guess we can connect the dots from there. Some of the budtenders are alright, though.
I believe the level of service could be greatly improved by making one simple change. Currently, on-line orders for Sunday can only be placed at 9:00AM Sunday, the same time the dispensary opens. This creates a large backlog of orders for staff to complete in a short time as well as confusion for many of the 20 or 30 customers standing in line. Why not have the previous evenings crew set up the next days ordering list on-line, especially for the specials? Customers can then start placing orders for the next day and those orders can begin processing as soon as the staff arrives in the AM. This way, the doors can open on time, there is less confusion and orders can be processed in a more timely manner. This will also reduce the level of stress for the staff as they won’t have to rush filling out orders.

This visit was horrible, I placed my order online, currently doing curbside due to COVID-19 testing and self isolation. I arrived at 9am to pick up. I called to check in. 4 cars arrived after me about 10 minutes apart and were served before I was, and I had to call 4 different times to finally get my order one hour later. Very frustrating watching people quickly get their order after I arrived. Not just car orders but walk in orders as well were coming in and out as I sat there waiting.
