Last time I was here, the lady behind the counter decided she wanted to throw a couple f*bombs at me, and be entirely disrespectful. I doubt I’ll ever be back.

Coming into the light shade on Dayton almost made me want to kill myself. Zachary was a headache and a half! He told me that my med card wasnt in the system after I was told last time it was showing and I would automatically be discounted. I go out to the car to get my card and he proceeds to tell me I'm a member some where else and that i won't receive the discount unless I cancel there. I call the place and cancel my membership (which should have been done weeks ago *cough* natures herb sucks). Zach then tells me that I still won't receive the discount unless I sign up here. I say screw it, I need to smoke. I'll just shop regular medical and get the gram for 22 bucks. Im not signing up at this shast hole. Then, the lovely Samantha calls me back. I am greeted with a smile and a warm hello. Even through my grim attitude while requesting the wax her positivity shined through with her beautiful vibe and she automatically discounts my purchase for a first time shopper discount. 13 dollars she says. and proceeds to tell me about some reviews I could do for some joints (I was already planning that Sam that's why I'm here!) SAMANTHA!!!! you saved the place!!! go to light shade. Avoid zach and his tiny red gauges. Hopefully you get samantha and you get treated the way a customer should be! Thanks sam!!
