I had been shopping here for three years and agree with the other postings that say this place has gone downhill. The staff used to be really cool and knowledgeable, but the staff there today seemed neither. I understand they do not move medical customers to the front of the line like many dispensaries do, and I don't mind that much unless the staff is slow and when I get to the front they don't have what was listed on their Leafly menu. What has driven me to leave a poor review is the guy with the ponytail overcharged me again. Today I was charged $20 more than what their menu on Leafly says it should have been. This is not the first time this guy has done this, and one of the women working last month did the same. The bait and switch tactic of not having what is listed but offering a higher shelf item in place of it is bad enough, but the regular overcharging is unacceptable to me. I will not be returning.

These guys are great - I've never been disappointed with whatever I end up walking out with in hand and the place has a nice relaxed atmosphere accompanied by knowledgeable staff. Plus there's almost always something available here that's either a good deal, great quality, &/or unique. I'll definitely be back :)

Very average so far, no first time deals or very knowledgeable staff. The ID checking process is very quick, and the dispensery, while small, is nice. I got some great priced premium extract, and earned some rewards points (don't know what they are for).

My first visit in the Collective was great and went smoothly. However, it went down hill from there. Medication can look great and have quality, but it's sketchy to me that they have things mis labeled. They are comfortable selling ineffective oils to patients and they didn't have any lab results on hand. I am all for the legalization of weed, but a dispensary should be well rounded for recreational and medicinal use. They admitted to me their clientele was pretty much recreational and so that's what they were focused on. That's not okay. When I proceeded to share some light on their oils and how they could improve them our service immediately went down hill and all of a sudden our questions were immediately met with idk man or whatever man. If you're looking for fun and it's close then yeah, go here, it's great for that, but looking for a staff educated on using marijuana for medicine. Sorry if this offended, but it is important to be on point when you have people with serious illness trying to regain health quickly and efficiently. Please just take this as a room for improvement type review not an attack at all. Peace and Love, Jeanine and Zack

I've been a satisfied customer at the LHC for years now see my Instagram The Daily Dabber @TDD420... I recommend them to everyone I know. Great prices, service and products. The only thing I can complain about is the amount of products they have at any given time mainly on the concentrates...sometimes it's abundant but sometimes it's completely dry but I guess that's what happens when everyone on this side of town finds out where the fires at. 👊😀

Sucked!! They tell me on the phone after an hour of calling that they have 22grams of star killer and its on sale for mid shelf cost lol but when i got there all they had left was literally shake, not popcorn buds like dude told me on the phone, absolute shake and oh it was on sale from $15gram to $12gram WTF?!? LOL!! Like for real you really are charging $12gram for shake, you guys suck and are only trying to rip people off to make your money. Never have I left a supposed herb dispensary so disgusted, you guys should be ashamed of yourselves and with product and prices like that you wont be around much longer lol 💯
