Lume Cannabis Co - Sault Ste. Marie

This was my third time going in there and honestly they need people thst don’t try and rip off the customers. I placed 4 different orders. Me and my husband went in to pick up said orders. The guy took our license and all that and took us back. My husband says we placed 4 orders and the guy at the counter got rude saying where there isn’t 4 here. So whatever I get rung up and he gives me my stuff. I am looking in the bag to make sure it’s all there because it just seemed off and he seemed really nervous. He didn’t put the one product in the bag. This whole experience was bs and I honestly do not ever wanna deal with him again. We spent a good amount in there between 4 orders. I can just take my business elsewhere. I have never gotten bad product but the customer service was horrible.

I picked up a rosin rip cart that taste bad. It is blueberry muffin flavor but actually taste like burnt popcorn. Pretty sure the oil inside is rancid. Not a bad way to throw away $50
