ALL CUSTOMERS: Check your bank accounts! If you use their in-store ATM's (particularly at their Mission Valley location) you might be getting charged extra and without your authorization. Their "customer service" staff will not help you. They say they are customer service, but in reality, they are simply a call center that will just give you the runaround plus a few email addresses to contact, which no one has ever replied. Demand those extra fees back as charging your ATM card without disclosing the fee amount and not getting your authorization is a federal crime (Bank Fraud). I'm glad Buzz opened only a couple blocks down the street.

Absolutely terrible service. Stay away from this company. They do not follow any delivery instructions and do not take payment other than cash. Huge waste of time working with this company.

I ordered at 7:30 this morning, never got a call all day and they closed and I still got nothing, no call, nothing!!! UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!!!!

Hello I ordered recently about twice in total.. I am dissapointed because the quality of the weed I chose , I’ve had way way better. I have a high tolerance and been smoking passed 10 years.. now I ordered some “ alien” flavor and it wasn’t what I ordered online, I ordered a forest green orange dank looking weed and I end up getting this really light green alien name weed and it Was okay.. wasn’t what I was expecting, should’ve tried different brand.. I am thinking maybe I have to try dabbing now idk.. but I think there’s other good products they have , just I didn’t pick the right weed brand..

Went to sdrc last Christmas when I was in town and enjoyed it. March and Ash makes that place look like the Arizona shops I see normally. One of the best pot shops I have ever been to. 10/10 would recommend, super friendly and helpful concierges.

Terrible.. Over 3 hour wait for an incorrect order. 10% discount and another wait as compensation for poor inventory management and dispatching. Could have hired more competent people.

The person who checked me in was super sweet and there was plenty of comfy seating while I waited to get in the back. Super cute decor. When I walked in, I realized it was different than most dispensaries as all the merchandise out for me to choose more like target VS ordering food. It was cool to browse around.

Good place. They just didn't have what I ordered for pickup. It was on menu but didn't have or even had it for awhile.

Great Product Selection. .... A lot in a little space. It can get crowded but the atmosphere is the best one I’ve experienced so far. The interior design is killer. I’ll be back, they had the strains I was looking for & a large CBD selection.

Bought a fields sauce pen today, would highly recommend it. Each box comes with a sauce cart and a battery, which is super convenient. Also, it was a buy one get one for a buck thing, so that’s cool too. Appreciate the quality. Maybe recommend a in store battery exchange program or something, because they seem to just pile up.

We were visiting from the Bay Area and just went to check it out. Nicole helped us and was terrific! So helpful, upbeat and knowledgeable. Wish we had a March and Ash up north! The vibe in the store was great too. Love how you can walk around store and look at all the different products.
