Went here last Friday and was disappointed in the quality of service and product. Products were old dating back to may when they got tested including the medible I got; the twisted bar I remember fondly from years ago turned out to be completely ineffective probably due to them sitting out at room temperature through the entire summer and the employee couldn't even remember to give me my first time deal even after twice mentioning it and no apology or anything after they scrounged around to give me my 10% off in cash. Then after I made a comment about no water being available to patients I was given a passive aggressive response before leaving. Never going to come back here again that's for sure.
Dispensary response:
Sorry about your experience. We have a really great refrigeration unit and nothing sits out at room temperature. You are incorrect about our testing, please stop back to look at the labels again. If you want your free stickers, additional free magazines, free water and all the other free stuff you where asking for, come back in. You asked for the twisted bar specifically and said it was one of your favorites. I did forget to add the 10% off for first time customer special, so in the end I apologized and gave you $1.30, since it was a 13 dollar purchase.
