I finally made it to a hometown MedMen and it was just as good as my other visits in San Diego and Las Vegas. The staff were friendly and helpful in making sure we kept to the social distancing guidelines. They should definitely keep the online order and pickup for rec users permanent as it was extremely smooth even with everything that’s going on. Looking forward to visiting again.

The service here is great. All of the bud-tenders, specifically Alides and Diego, never fail to provide me with a high quality of service, and they always hook it up with deals and a student discount!

Friendly and efficient staff. But took forever to get the online app to work. Wish web site told me in advance that’s the only way to order. And a very sterile environment compared to Colorado. Illinois has a long way to go...but not so much it’s worth a special trip to a more civilized land.

One the only dispensaries I can get an order in without much hassle. Super convenient parking, and service is relatively fast.

The BEST dispensary I have ever been too. They’re very sweet people, and they’re reinforcing the whole 6 ft apart, which is absolutely amazing! But I’ll be a loyal customer now!

Online ordering appears to broken for the last 2 days. I've tried different browsers/computer/phone. None appear to work. I see that online ordering works for other locations.

Good product selections however employees are often rude, careless, and the ordering system needs to be fixed. Countless times have I gone to the dispensary to be told EVERYTHING I ordered is out of stock. Outrageous.

I can't actually give it any stars. I suspected from the fact that they won't even shell out for their own webstore that this was going to be a disaster. Never got inside and was told after waiting in line for 30 minutes that they were shutting everything down for the day. They could have said something when the 6 people standing out front greeted me and directed me around the corner, but didn't. If you don't care about my time, I won't waste it going back. Total shitshow. Not impressed.

Been here many times, it’s gone downhill - I won’t be back. Expensive, and really poor service. Anywhere else is probably better.

I like the courtesy and professionalism exhibited by each of the folks with whom I interact, beginning and ending with the security personnel who hold the door. I also appreciate the sensitivity to our current pandemic, maintaining the required social distance with a smile.

Placed my online order only to find a line with a 45 minute wait so I went back home empty handed.

Places is nice and clean and the staff is great

If there have to be long lines and corona induced precautions this is the way to do it. From the security staff outside to the staff greeting customers inside to the counter staff, everyone was well organized and clearly well trained.
