Soooo.... I feel like I just got robbed. Zen leaf stealing your loyalty points like some kinda smilin', gaslighting, gangsters.... WOW... So upset.
I mean 80 dollar eighths are one thing, but the customer service when the mistake is all theirs is infuriating.
Called ahead, just to make sure they transferred a substantial amount of points from when It was MEDMEN who used to "conveniently" run out of sale bonuses only to tell you your out of luck.... HOURS into DAYS long sales.
(this alone was enough to make me start checking the other dispensaries)
Was told they didn't have my info, but if I could show bank statements, they'd honor. Went through statements and found the large purchases and decided to trust them again (my mistake). Showed up to be told that was false and I'd have to take it up with corporate... Pretty fishy to make me jump more hoops, but I'm already here so here we go.
Get to cashier only to be gaslit further by what seems like a script from both the cashier and manager trying to make it my fault. Didn't work.... I wasn't mean but I know when I'm being played. Told them I had little faith that "corporate" would be getting back to me and was told I should work harder to follow it up and get what I'm owed from this shady dispensary.... Not too cool.
Spose I'll hit my trusty ole street guy who's hooked it up proper for decades.
Weedheads and dabblers BEWARE....
