I had placed an order online like around 2 pm. So when I arrived at the store one it was extra packed like how you have 24 people in line and only three cashier. Now I’m waiting for my order about 10 mins. Once I get to the cashier. One my order was no where to be found then the cashier took 10 to look for an order just to come back and say they don’t have the weed. Like how unprofessional can you all be. Very unprofessional and I will not be ordering from here again.
Been going here since opened. Wonderful!
I love the people here. They always know what to recommend for what I need, and I always look forward to seeing them! I especially want to recognize Tiela, Kevin, and Amanda for their helpfulness and expertise.
Today was my first time to Zen Leaf. After looking at their great selection of medical cannabis products in stock, I placed a pre-order last night. Received an email this morning that my order was ready. Isaiah helped me with my pickup when I arrived, and I have to say the whole experience was a pleasure!

Everything you want for a great experience. From the great products I’ve been getting often to the friendliness of all the staff its the place you want to go to! They also have a great discount system for frequent buyers. Mariah who works at the counter was extremely helpful as well and made my day. Whether you order ahead or have questions they’re there to help you.

my favorite shop!! All of their budtenders are genuine and I have only had great experiences since buying here. Mariah helped me out last weekend & was quite literally an angel on a tough day. only spot I would recommend to shop. quality products always

TLDR - Go to greenhouse for honest service and much better sales.
Soooo.... I feel like I just got robbed. Zen leaf stealing your loyalty points like some kinda smilin', gaslighting, gangsters.... WOW... So upset.
I mean 80 dollar eighths are one thing, but the customer service when the mistake is all theirs is infuriating.
Called ahead, just to make sure they transferred a substantial amount of points from when It was MEDMEN who used to "conveniently" run out of sale bonuses only to tell you your out of luck.... HOURS into DAYS long sales.
Multiple times..
(this alone was enough to make me start checking the other dispensaries)
Was told they didn't have my info, but if I could show bank statements, they'd honor. Went through statements and found the large purchases and decided to trust them again (my mistake). Showed up to be told that was false and I'd have to take it up with corporate... Pretty fishy to make me jump more hoops, but I'm already here so here we go.
Get to cashier only to be gaslit further by what seems like a script from both the cashier and manager trying to make it my fault. Didn't work.... I wasn't mean but I know when I'm being played. Told them I had little faith that "corporate" would be getting back to me and was told I should work harder to follow it up and get what I'm owed from this shady dispensary.... Not too cool.
Spose I'll hit my trusty ole street guy who's hooked it up proper for decades.
Weedheads and dabblers BEWARE....
This spot got no healin and certainly no freaking Zen

This was definitely my go to place until the online ordering just completely shut off for no reason and no one picks the phone up every experience I’ve had there has been pretty good but now I can’t even figure out why I can’t order anymore so I guess I’ve got to go to somewhere else...
Excellent staff! Always have a pleasant experience here. Many of the staff has been extremely helpful. Shout out to Don, who is super nice, has great recs, and even checks your rewards without needing to ask! On top of that, he’s very knowledgeable and he always has a smile! Love this spot!
MedMen definitely has a clinical feel to it. But we are also living in a strange period due to COVID right now. It's very much in and out as quick as possible. It's certainly not the most pleasurable of experiences but they have a system that seems to work, regardless. I'm not sure the hangout browse and purchase vibe is what MedMen are about., personally You might argue that some staff could be friendlier. I've found all the staff serving to be kind, friendly, and helpful. The herding staff to get you where you belong, could use some work. I also had an issue with a cartridge I bought, which MedMen helped me with both promptly and satisfactory. So a big thank you for caring about your customers! We should give these people a little more credit than they are getting.

Convenient and nice staff, abrasive/angry security guards, tho.
Fairly pricey (even b4 tax) for outside the City of Chicago, but hey, it's Evanston, so no surprise--I mean they're selling to a wealthier North-Shore clientele.
They also allow far more pick-up orders than they are capable of processing, so I recommend you get there early, order from the parking garage right at 10 am, and get in line as soon as you get the confirmation text. That or plan on waiting for a good long time.

"No matter how bad my day, I always leave this place with a smile on my face. Not simply because of what they are dispensing, (no complaints there though 😝) but because of the way in which they choose to engage with their patients.
Every one of the team members that I encountered has tried to answer my numerous questions NOT in a way that felt purely transactional, but instead by expressing genuine concern and interest while trying to make sure I’m getting exactly what I need.
I have to give a special shout out to Emma, who always goes above & beyond what anyone could expect from dispensary patient care. She not only makes sure to listen to what I need, she does it with grace and laughter!! "
what's up with online order for pickup? its been down for days. Also been trying to call them numerous times throughout the last week without success. Customer service needs to step up.
As someone who's been smoking weed for about 20 years you have seriously made me consider quitting smoking weed. I waited pretty much my whole life for the legalization of marijuana and probably would of spent easily over $8,000 at your store a year as im a daily user. But with these consistently low quality products that cost top shelf prices is garbage. I understand there's alot of regulations going on and you have to cover your cost but last week I bought 7 grams of shake for $100 including tax and it was low quality compared to anyone who had smoked G6 strain from verano 2 or 3 years ago. I went into your store today with 23 dollars and I couldn't even afford ONE GRAM of SHAKE Pre roll. You know some of have been to the west coast where its about $80 for an ounce of better weed than anything you have ever had on your shelf, i am personally offended that you think were this dumb. You have lost me as a customer id rather be sober than pay these prices.

Alcides was really friendly and helpful. Good conversation while getting rung up.
Once again in and out. Ordered yesterday right at ten, received my window from 10:00 to 10:45 (for flower, no less), hurried on over and was out in ten minutes. Early bird most definitely gets the worm.
No, it’s not like some of the “Apple” stores you’ll see out west, but it’s efficient for the most part and as the industry continues to grow and catch up with demand you’ll see an increase in selection.

Honestly love how nice they are. The bud is amazing and they go out of there way to throw you deals and make it a great environment. I was taken care of today by a beautiful and nice girl named Shane and she was absolutely lovely and overly nice.

I actually loved that I got there when it was slower. I was helped right away and Jameel listened to my needs and had a very easy going vibe that really helped me feel at home. Especially since I was in a rush. Truly the stars aligned, ZenLeaf was on my way home, it was fast easy and OH MY WEED, the strain was perfect. We got 14grams of Trideri, hubby loves it.
Jameel also helped me create an account and I was very pleasantly surprised that this ZenLeaf is part of the family of dispensaries I shop at when in Vegas!

I’ve crossed paths with a number of different individuals who have both worked and purchased from this location, who have made note that the turnover rate is incredibly high, and their 5 star reviews are typically written by employees or customers offered incentives.
I’m also familiar with a number of people who have purchased poor, or even moldy product from this dispensary.
Would not recommend doing business here.
