Nature Medicines - Wareham

So glad this dispensary is less than 5 miles from home. The people behind the counter are friendly and helpful. The shop is clean and spacious. The products I’ve purchased, are recently packaged and therefore super fresh.

I had a horrible experience speaking to one of the lead staff last night he was annoyed before I even said anything and told me “I’m not dealing with this you are pissing me off” so I called today and the woman I spoke with was very nice

It would be nice to have another person working on a Friday night especially holiday weekend. The line was kinda long. What you had listed was not what they had at the dispensary they had nothing of what I had put in my basket. What that about?

Love this place

This place use to be 5 stars and I went alot and so did friends but lately their bud selection is wrecked. I don't even know how they can stay open with their levels. Nothing above 25% in bud ever. I can buy cheaper from the guy down the road for that low of potency. And charging 35 an eighth for such low potency? Crazy. Would love to shop again but it's just such low grade that I barely look anymore. No one is going to pay dispensary prices for low grade weed. That they have none above 29% is just wild. Go down the road and get your money's worth. Maybe if they put up high grade I would come back but not with a menu this weak.

It is 1:30pm on February 6th so it shouldn't be hard for management to figure out who is working. 2 guys and 1 girl. My money was stolen from me from this dispensary. They had the same sale as Friday, yet I was charged 10 dollars more than Friday. When I told the gentleman, at the counter, I needed to move more money over, he said to go ahead. I left my purse in the car, as asked, but I was told to go ahead because they needed to round up 10 dollars. I move out of line, as not to hold anyone up, and move the 10 dollars needed. Because they pass the buck off onto the customer and make them pay more. While doing this, some skinny dude with long hair and a beanie starts yelling at me. Because I was using my phone. Like what is so secretive about this place that you can't have a purse, you can't use your phone. It's really weird and there is absolutely nothing to take a picture of other than the employees because they don't have any product or anything laying out. It's very strange. This guy didn't come over and ask me about it or even know what was going on but felt the need to scream at me, a loyal customer. The guy who was checking me out explained that he allowed me to use my phone and what exactly was going on but instead of getting an apology, considering I shop there numerous times a week,this guy and the girl even are talking crap to me, just mumbling, and when I respond, they tell me if I have were to continue with that attitude I can just leave and to just chill because I will have weed. Which I find that response offensive as well. A simple "my bad. Sorry about that, " would have sufficed and deflected all of this. But no, he wanted to continue being rude. Like what would I want a picture of? It's so weird to treat a customer like that, especially when I am a "valued customer" and stay tuned for specials. There are no specials for people who they should value- their neighborhood customer who keeps places like this open. I wanted to know why I was being charged 10 dollars more for the same special and I was met with him not even knowing why, to asking me to round up, and when I found out I needed to round up more than 10 dollars, I move aside and do so, letting my budtender knowing exactly what was going on, for some kid, yelling at me across the room and they never even give me any money back. My total was 72.00. I was charged 83.00 and got no cash back. Not to mention it was 63 on Friday but then 83 on Tuesday, with the SAME deal they have been running for a month or more and yeah, I visit 2-3 times a week as someone with MS that is in relapse. When I ask the guy who owns the place. He tells me he doesn't know who owns it. I said,"Well who hired you?" He didn't know but the owners lived in India. I said that they advertise it as a family owned local place, with home strains from their brands Shaka and Springtime, which I was buying because I actually like but instead he told me he didn't know who hired him or anything. I guess he just teleported there. Get out of here. And their number is constantly busy when you call. This place is a joke. They pull higher strains mid week so you spend more because you get use to 31 percent THCA and then in a few days, you can't even find a strain within a 5 percent range without it costing double the cost of their home brands. But then come Friday, all of a sudden they have stronger strengths than they charged the whole week. They are gaming their customers instead of valuing them and steal and yell at them the same time. Imagine anywhere else where you can charge what you want, depending on the day of the week, even though it's consistently the same offer and then asking people to pay more to round it up and have them keep that, while yelling at you while you get it. This place should be shut down and I will be contacting BBB over this so maybe whoever owns this place might want to pull the cameras between 1pm to 1:20pm in your Wareham location on Feb. 6th Because I will be requesting that myself.

Great products and friendly staff, best prices around too!

I went there earlier today and when I went to open the item I found an empty box. I went back and they stated this product has been empty 3 times with other customers. I gave them my receipt and they claimed my item did not match the item I purchased and would not replace the missing item. I presented them with both items that were purchased and they refused to assist me. I will not recommend or go to this store ever again and will warn all my friends of my awful experience.

Staff here is the best in the area. I highly recommend this dispensary. The prices were great.

Did a quick search for the most convenient stop on my way down to the Cape for vacation. Nature’s Medicine was it and I’m so glad I stopped! Everyone was so helpful. I forgot my reading glasses, they read all of the effects of the different strains. It was such a great experience that I stopped on my way home [1 1/2 hrs north] and loaded up! The prices are 2/3 of what we pay at home. We’ll be back but not just for the pricing … the staff, products and location make it a great stop!

I received a text today on a special for 1/8s “Price Drop” go there 5 hours after the text no Sativa. Asked the people at the counters they didn’t send enough. Talked to the manager no help or insight why they would be out so soon. 5 hours after the text. 2nd time this has happened, on the way out counter person said sarcastically go somewhere where it cheaper! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

There are a few outgoing employees here that always make laugh : p the store is secure, safe, and easy to shop in…. The only thing the store is missing, per se, is after they call out my name for a pre order a “Walk up song” is blasted through the room as i make my way to the register : ) I’ll be there tomorrow….

I go here way more often than I should, but they keep having too many incredible deals on shake and popcorn bud. Best prices on or around the cape by far, tons of high quality stuff to choose from. Staff friendly and helpful, and getting in and out is a very quick and painless process, though if you feel like taking your time and browsing, they keep a lot of their products behind glass in the middle of the room like some kind of weed museum

Do not trust the reviews they “allow” to be online. Anything that is not a positive review is deleted. Also half the positive comments are from employees. The other half of the people reviewing are promised a preroll for it. Shady, shady, shady…. If you can’t trust their reviews, how can you trust the dry product their selling you??

My mother and I started coming here when another local dispensary's prices went crazy and ended up loving it. The selection and prices are reasonable, the staff is super knowledgeable as well as friendly. We save 10-15 bucks per 1/8th by default and sometimes they have quarters (of shake) at the same price as an 1/8th. Given the friendliness of the staff and the product quality/price equation, it's become our go to dispensary.

I have shopped at this location in Wareham numerous times and have always had a very positive experience. The staff are very helpful and they always help me get the most for my money. The prices are far better than anywhere and the store is kept very clean and organized making it a quick and easy stop for me. Five stars for these guys!!!

Love this Place! Recommend to all of my friends so far. Great People, Atmosphere, and just a beautiful interior. Felt like I was walking into an apple store for marijuana and all of the workers are this industries “Genius.’”
