The staff are friendly and knowledgeable enough, but, of course what really matters is the competitive pricing on quality products. I mostly just dab so I can't attest to the flower prices so much.

I'm from California, but hang in Ashland many days over the year. I discovered HOL and never looked back. One day I'll try another Ashland dispensary, but that day hasn't come yet. My first time at HOL, I was greeted by Serena, who is very nice - and I procured some top shelf bud. I've seen Serena many times since and always the same great service. Then I met Ricky and his recommendations are some of the tastiest flowers I've had the pleasure to have puffed. I always like what Ricky likes... our tastes align. All the budtenders are great at HOL and the buds are delicious. See you all again very soon… like January 2nd. ;-)

Most shops try to flip customers as fast as they can, but at House of Leaves they like to joke and having fun, yet they still offer fast and professional service. The variety and quality of their products is top notch, and when you add budteneders like Noah with immense knowledge it makes their shop the best in the nation in my opinion. I always have peace of mind when I shop here because I know I am getting a the best deal on great products with excellent service .THANK YOU HOL

I was on the return leg of San Diego to Seattle and back. I wanted a battery as I'd forgotten to bring the charger on the drive. I had a thousand miles ahead of me and was already road weary. I stopped in Ashland for fuel and the battery. Internet found House of Leaves for me and used Navigator to find my way. Not only did I get what I'd gone for but I got road and service station advice and delightful interaction with the people who helped me. I also bought a sun grown blue haze bud. That was a treat! If I make that long drive again, I'll go to House of Leaves again, and look forward to it. I wish my state, California would catch up when it should have been leading in the first place. Good job Oregon and House of Leaves

I am allergic to THC. All of the great people at House of Leaves have helped me to find products to help me with my pain. They are always very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help me! I have moved to Medford but drive to Ashland even though there are closer dispensaries. They have a wide variety of products and are always giving me deals on the products I buy. I have gone to other dispensaries to check them out and they don't even come close to House of Leaves. My back story: I moved to Ashland this past summer and was faced with having to use a product that I am allergic to. I suffer from chronic pain from Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus and Sjogrens syndrome. I was using several medications including hydrocodone to help with the pain. I soon found out that physicians here do not prescribe narcotics for chronic pain. At that point I was thinking of the best way to commit suicide because I knew I couldn't live in that much pain. A family member suggested medical marijuana. This scared the crap out of me. When I was younger a friend of mine came up behind me while smoking a joint and I stopped breathing. If I am within several feet of someone smoking my breathing gets very shallow. I once swallowed a “pot pill” which was pot rolled into the paper. Some of it fell out of the wrapper in my mouth. I ended up with blisters in my mouth and throat as well as my mouth and throat feeling raw for over a week. I really didn't want to try ANY marijuana product but my family didn't want me to leave this world. I went into House of Leaves and spoke with Justin (the store manager, I believe) who is extremely knowledgeable about marijuana and the products in the shop. He felt that I should only try CBDs but that I needed to see a physician first to see if I could be allergy tested prior to using something. He could have just sold me some products but instead he wanted me to be safe. The doctor said there is not a test and I should try all products outside the ER in case I stop breathing. So I went back to see Justin and he was able to give me a product that is all CBD. My mother is a nurse so I got out my epipen, benadryl and used the CBD product. I had some minor allergy reactions, like a stuffy nose, but now I am able to use it with no issues. Since then I have tried a couple products that have a higher THC (against the advice of House of Leaves) and I am definitely allergic to it. I'm thankful that House of Leaves offers a wide variety of products for people like me!

Love to come to this location!!! Stopped in this morning to get a cartridge, Elias helped me to pick out a tropical trainwreck vape cartridge and it is fantastic, if you want a great recommendation, House of Leaves has the recommendations for you!!!

These guys are always good to me! I go in there almost everyday and no matter who opens the door, everyone has a smile on and are always prepared to serve up some product knowledge. Additionally, their selection is always on point, whether i want to smoke Indica, Sativa, or Hybrids, i know they got my back! Keep doing what you are doing, HOL! I'll be back tommorow :)
