House of leaves is the best dispensary in Ashland. It's not even the closest or the second closest to my house but I go there every tiime because the employees are so chill and not trying to make weed boujee they just want you to feel good! Elias is always there when I go and is a ray of sunshine. Buy all your bud here forreal don't go anywhere else
So I’ve been coming to HOL for a while and while they do offer a good selection and price their customer service is not as good as before. I spoke to someone on the phone about a product I was looking to purchase and check what the final price was. When I went to the store to purchase it, the product was more than it was quoted for and they did not want to honor what they quoted me. Their indoor selection of bud is very limited. Yes, the staff is friendly but the past couple times I’ve been in, I feel like they’re just trying to sell me something and give me vague/ambiguous answers when I ask questions about their products. I don’t have that welcoming feeling like I did before. It’s sad to say but I won’t be coming back here.

Lucas and Serena are super helpful, They give product information and answer all my questions, but I never feel like I have been talked into getting anything. Their positive sales approach is very comfortable for new users like me. Surprisingly enough, I have become a regular user of the products they sell and experience the benefit of something that I might never have tried if I hadn't had such a good experience the first time I entered House of Leaves in Ashland.
The staff are very happy to inform you about what makes each product unique. They open up the package and show you the concentrate which may lose it’s rigor after so many times but it’s still good!

This was my first experience at a dispensary. I went in looking for a cream/lotion that would help with pain relief. I ended up purchasing the dragon balm and it worked great! I'va had it on for 3 hours and still no pain! It was pretty spendy but definitely worth it. The woman who helped me was extremely helpful. She explained every product and how they worked. She didn't try to upsell me or make me feel uncomfortable. It was a great experience and I'm very happy with the products I purchased.

This is my new spot for all my hash and extract needs! Last cpl tines I’ve been in Lucas has been a super big help picking thru the wide variety of strains they have to offer! Prices are great hope someday they offer a customer loyalty program or have some daily deals but for now they are still my number 1 in southern Oregon

I recently moved to Ashland from Fort Collins, Colorado and have been to a fair number of dispenseries in Southern oregon. House of Leaves is hands down my favorite establishment. I'm always greeted with a smile and don't ever feel like I'm being rushed. They are always willing to answer any questions you have and really try to help you find the strain/experience that you're looking for. TL;DR They've got the bud you're looking for and will make you feel welcome. What more can you ask for?
