Nectar - Costa Mesa

This review is long overdue! I’ve been going to Nectar since first moving to Costa Mesa. Every staff member has been incredibly nice and helpful. They are personable and are patients themselves explaining what they gravitate towards because it helps them in x, y, and z ways. They also keep your budget in mind. The shop itself has great curb appeal. I feel like I’m going into a luxurious dispensary. They also have cameras on the outside, which makes me feel safe. Once you go inside you are greeted by security at the front desk. There’s also a list of deals going on right there for convenience. Besides great selections on meds, they have numerous accessories and merch. It’s truly a one stop shop. What keeps me coming back are their rare selections that I can’t find anywhere else. Their vape selections are unique. I always end up with something I wouldn’t normally pick for myself, but I get it home, try it and am always pleasantly surprised. I suffer from a very painful chronic condition and Nectar has saved me from going to the ER several times. In addition to vape I also come here for their capsules and tablets. They are very reasonable priced and again, products I can’t find anywhere else. I’ve tried other brands for capsules that didn’t feel as effective as the ones that are sold at Nectar. The only complaint I have is I end up leaving without a receipt every time. I don’t know if I’m supposed to ask for one or if it’s just a miscommunication, but I like to see what products I purchase and what they cost. Because once I got back home I wanted to see how much the capsules cost that I ended up purchasing and they aren’t on their menu online. So I looked in my bag for the receipt and I didn’t get one… with that said, I’m incredibly happy with the staff and the selections I end up with and will keep coming back! Thanks Nectar!

I watched Nectar being readied for opening earlier in the year. I was impressed with how attractive the storefront is and its proximity to home, which is always a plus for me. The attendant at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and Lani, the salesperson who helped me, was knowledgeable and kind. As an "old school user", I needed some guidance on products suited to my particular wants and needs. Lani was patient and offered great suggestions that made me feel more comfortable about what I was getting--namely, a superior, easy-to-clean, pipe, gummies (goodbye bubbler!) and a nighttime indica for winding down. I asked a lot of questions, but she was ever patient. It was my first visit to Nectar and won't be my last!

First time here. This shop was very clean, the budtender was attentive to my needs and gave me great recommendations. I will be a returning customer. Also, the pricing can't be beat. A new favorite for me.

Great selection, good pricing and very friendly, helpful staff. Will definitely be going back!
