NETA - Brookline (Boston) - Rec

Neta staff are very helpful in explaining which strains work for what pain and I could only say that majority of the strains I get work for multiple conditions besides the ones I'm dealing with. Keep the buds going and awesome place as well.

Last Saturday was my first official visit. I heard from a friend that went here before that it was amazing, and it is. There is a small side parking lot that holds about 10 cars, and I think they have valet parking on weekends (not sure saw a guy with a shirt that said valet, didn't ask though) SUPER secure, with 2 locked doors that you have to be buzzed into first. (Don't forget your IDs) You go into the old bank, and are greeted by the smell of cannabis and a very friendly greeter that hands you a menu, and checks to see if this is your first time. You have to fill out 3 pages of info, and then get in 1 of 2 lines. Express (few items, scanned and packed and you are on your way. Or, you can go for the regular line, where you can talk about the product, smell and see your options. I went with a friend and we both got the $49 deal (each) and has the nicest association (I believe her name was Laura, a total doll) I can't wait to come back and pick up some new product.

NETA Brookline is fantastic: - Quality is quite good. - Prices are eh. Not listed on the menu, but there is also a QP discount you can ask about. (Menu only shows price breaks up to an ounce.) - Has its own parking lot with a cop there. So no worries about safety if you are carrying a lot of cash to buy with, or coming out with a lot of weed. - I have gone 3 times now. The first time I didn't know about the parking lot and parked a block and a half away at a meter. 2nd time I went on a weekday in the early afternoon and the parking lot was pretty empty. 3rd time the place was PACKED (I think it was a holiday), but I still found a spot (the last one). - When the lot is full they close it off. I would just circle a time or 2. - If they aren't busy, the normal line is probably 15 minutes. Even if there is no wait it takes a bit cause they have to package and label everything for you. - When busy I've waited 45 minutes in line, then 15 at the counter (got a buncha stuff though, so it took a while to package).

Beautiful interior, prices are decent & the products are top notch. It sucks that they have a 7g flower limit but it's understandable because so many people patronize this place. NETA has provided the blueprint for all dispensaries in MA to follow.

This place was.........awesome!!!!!! Everything you could ever imagine in a shop. I went on a Saturday, and I had to wait in line for about 20-30 minutes, but it was well worth the wait. I was able to review the menu while it smelled like 30 chocolate cakes baking in front of my face. The aroma of the place is absolutely unbeatable. The service was outstanding. Simone had me laughing nonstop with her witty comments, and the rest of the staff was knowledgeable. They were able to educate me on what was the best fit for me. I felt at ease the entire time. And their product is a homerun. For someone who's been smoking for 16 years, I know the product quite well. And this was fantastic. I personally think the Rempen will change everything for me. It's a vape pen that looks like an e cigarette. You are legal to use this product everywhere, as long as you aren't driving. It doesn't smell like anything when you smoke it, and it's ok for your health! I love this place and would recommend it to anyone!!! Can't wait to go back!!! My first visit changed my life! :-)

Meh............ the best thing about this dispensary is the fact that I can get kief by the the gram.

1st time at a dispensery, ever. Didn't know if I'd see the day in my lifetime, but here it was in my 33rd year. So it would have been hard to not have a good experience buying bud, the best bud around, legally! Overall awesome experience. Top qual flower and customer service in Brookline. I got Master Kush, Flo OG, GSC, and Grape Ape. Prices are fair when buying small amounts, would be nice of they could give you a break when buying more than 1/4, or more than an ounce. or give out something more than a pack of wraps for spending over 3 bills. or make applying for financial hardship waiver easier for us struggling to afford the meds we really need. I asked 3 different people in there and got the runaround on how to just get on a waiting list to be able to apply for any financial assistance at all... However, the girl who helped me seemed wicked chill, and being so overwhelmed by the quality, variety, and picking up my ganj legally, i ended up spending a bit more lute than initially intended... I got a stupid headstash though. all this top notch bud with 4 awesome different strains. hope it stays good a while because this head stash gonna last months!

It is incredible to think that a place like NETA Brookline exists considering the sluggish and disorganized rollout of the Massachusetts medical marijuana regulations. The NETA Brookline property is a sight to behold. They truly invested so much time and resources to restoring an austere, yet underused building. They actually achieved at making a former stale bank so fudgin' cool! I really like how they tailored their natural, zen-like brand into the building's interior. Their security were so friendly, and led me straight in. Absolutely nothing shady about it. Once you're buzzed into the dispensary floor, just wow! The staff is incredibly inviting and authentic. They truly love making a connection with fellow patients and sharing a little bit of knowledge about cannabis. I was shown a great resource handbook and finally arrived at the dispensing station!! The associates who helped me were very professional, sympathetic, and kept abreast of the latest scrutinized cannabis research. The staff seems to rely on each other very well to feed on each others' talents. I felt like they listened to my concerns and provided excellent advice. I was shown showed a wide assortment of flowers from Flo OG, Facewreck, Tangerine Haze, and Walker Kush. The flower nuggets were perfectly medium sized and well trimmed and manicured. SO MANY AROMAS! Muskiness, citrusy, flowery. I got small samples of the 3 strains above (except Flo OG) and they all serve great purposes for my well-being. This organization is trailblazing the way for medical marijuana in Massachusetts and the East Coast. Thank you! 5 STARS!!!!!

Over the summer I gave these guys a not so good review as I wasn't impressed with flavor of the flower. I would like to recant that review as I believe they have stepped up their game a little. I condsider myself a connoisseur and I am huge on flavor. The hurricane strain and GSC are pretty impressive. They tend to be regular strains which is great. The Tangerine Haze shatter, and 501st OG wax are some of the best tasting concentrates I have ever dabbed. Woohoo! One thing though... dear NETA: if you read this can you attempt to add a legit sour diesel strain to your line up? You know... the real sour diesel for us people big on flavor

It's in a perfect location, transportation is a stones throw away. The signage wasn't obvious and I understand why, but I walked past it several times. Prices are more reasonable than another place I visited along with more variety and options.

Absolutely the best MMJ experience I have had so far in the year I've had my medical card. Forget the glorified drug deals posing as caregivers, you won't get shake, thick stems, or seeds from NETA, you see what you order before you pay, no shady delivery guys or mixed up orders, poor excuses for missed appointments, and so far some of the best quality herb I have found here. Prices are a little higher, $100 for a quarter and $350 for a gram, but I am fine with paying that for the time being given the quality, active % breakdown (THC, CBD, TAC, CBG, CBC, CBN, and THC-V), and tons of nice plump trichomes! I'm quite comfortable stating here that I will never use another caregiver as long as NETA keeps operating at this service and quality level, with the exception of concentrates, but those should be coming soon.

These limits are getting ridiculous, 1 gram of shatter per patient? And they finally get kief back on the menu and there's a limit of 1 gram per patient. I drive a pretty good distance to get to this dispensary just like 80% of your patients and these limits just make me want to stop coming here. It's getting awful I understand a lot of patients come here because it's arguably the best dispensary in the state of mass but expand your growing facility to accommodate your patients not waste money on redesigning a website multiple times or adding silicone to your grams of shatter which lasted for a week at most.

This dispensary definitely worth a visit . They do have a great atmosphere, very friendly personnel, it was my first visit yesterday ,i was greeted very nicely. So, if you leave in a Boston area you should check that place out. They have everything needed for vaping too. I only was buying buds though and was very satisfied with a quality and medicinal strength of them

I received an "early invitation" e-mail for the grand opening of the new NETA dispensary in Brookline the next day. I was there less than two hours after they opened their doors for the first time. Great location! Easy to get to by train. Free parking in adjacent lot or along their street. The unique building used to be the Brookline Savings Bank when it was built in 1919. It is of the Beaux Art style and constructed of Buckeye grey sandstone, with an incredibly well restored interior with rose marble, mahogany woodwork, large ornate columns and a 20+ foot ceiling with glass dome, all of which lends wonderfully to the most amazing, comfy and welcoming atmosphere I've seen in a dispensary. Great, friendly and knowledgeable service. Their flower is very good. I picked up their Facewreck and Amnesia Haze, both great! I'll follow up on their vape oil cartridges later, but so far so good! Overall extremely pleased. This is officially my new go-to spot!

This location is my absolute favorite dispensary, it was the first that I went to and it's had me hooked ever since. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful and you are always greater with a warm smile. The selection here is top notch and they will almost always have some kind of deal or strain that's a reduced price. Even if I lived an hour away I would make the trek to come here, it's definitely worth it.

Seems the is a drop off on potency of Arcata facewreck, tangerine haze, Buddha Sister by up to 4/5%. Hope they can be more consistent with the flowers. Oils and concentrates are not the only meds. Love the site and the service though.

I stopped in for my first ever visit to any dispensary and really enjoyed it. The staff was amazingly helpful and willing to answer any and all questions. The paperwork was quick and I was in and out within a lunch break. Which was unfortunate because I could have hung out and talked with these guys for hours. They also have a review book where patients and employees provide reviews of different strains that have been available. This way you can get the opinion of a bunch of people while you wait. It's fantastic and the reviews are mostly well done. The building is also very cool, being in an old bank and all. I did have one issue that I plan to address tomorrow morning which is that I bought extra strength lotion, but the bottle reads Regular Strength. Not a huge deal, just gives me a reason to go grab another bottle and a few more pre-rolls (which are fantastic if you wanna sample a strain).

I've made two trips here, & I must say it was a great experience, tons of options & a friendly attentive staff. If you know what you're getting, I would highly recommend their express line. Not the greatest parking situation, so be prepared, you may have to take a short walk.. Now, I've only made two trips, because it's about an hour away from where I live, my hope is NETA considers expanding into the Metro West area.

As everyone says, absolutely beautiful building, very secure feeling. When I went it was fairly packed but the line moved quick and even with intake I was in and out in 20 minutes though it was a weekday. I got the gorrila glue and sweet tooth flower and the gorrila glue shatter. I particularly enjoyed comparing the gg flower and shatter back to back. Prices in line with the other dispensaries. Will go back

As a former San Francisco, CA resident and CA medical card holder, Brookline NETA shares all the qualities of a high end SF dispensary. The Apothecarium (http://apothecariumsf.com) of Massachusetts. From the minute you walk in the door through the whole process a great experience. They have great staff; pleasant helpful and knowledgeable,architecturally the most beautiful store ever, and largest selection of products of any dispensary I've seen locally. Always great flowers & concentrates and the edibles are of superior quality. All products professionally packaged and come with the most comprehensive labeling I've ever seen, which is very helpful with dosing. I live an hour away and there are closer places but NETA Brookline is my only choice.

Friendly, fun staff and the best selection in the Boston area so far!

Regarding the comment below by Callaway500 about the lower THC Buddha's Sister and the response by Neta: I am the opposite when it comes to Buddha's Sister (one of my favorite strains) and other strains, the lower THC (especially if its 15% or lower) is what I need. Anything over 15% not only doesn't help me but causes discomfort and extreme anxiety/paranoia. I've tried CBD strains and they don't help as much as a low THC strain.. Please please please don't get rid of all of your lower THC phenotypes.. I would imagine that I'm not the only patient that needs lower THC strains. I realize you can't help everyone's specific needs but I hope some of the lower THC strains remain in rotation.
