From meeting Kelly outside who checked my ID to having Dej as my budtender and some help from Steven along with many smiling and helpful others this place was extremely welcoming my first time.very helpful and I loved the connection Between employees. Great people grow and sell great weed. I got a Kuli vape and Buddha sister wax, amazing chill high and I got ghost train haze in flowers and that was such a euphoric high. Great potency. Also the $50 off your first time was an amazing deal.

This is no. 4 on my dispensary tour and it stands out as being most "legit" looking and feeling. (Milk street, Salem, Quincy are my first 3) Hand out materials are in high end paper and it's a well run site with plenty of help and reasonably paced lines, even at peak. (I was there for 30 minutes observing on a Tuesday at 3p.) (worth chilling in there for a while. Beautiful old bank with amazing ceiling) Flower is gorgeous and good vape and loosies selection. Had shatter but no kief. $49 refer a friend program gets both new customer and referrer $49 off purchase. Nancy was my budtender and couldn't have been cooler or sweeter. You notice at all these places, employees are very engaged and happy. (Insert pot joke here) And it's not the Trader Joe's bullshit happy, helpful people who are just acting like their shirts. They use their product and take pride in it. Nancy's suggestion of flower Flo OG (and vape 5x) was spot on. Added shatter and moonshine haze 1/8th to finish the order. Didn't delve into edibles or any other stock. Great spot, cool neighborhood and there is parking in back and on street.

Love everything about this dispensary - gave only four stars simply because I didn't enjoy the quality of the pre- rollers I bought - they didn't burn well and were heavy on the paper, which is a shame because the flower used (Master Kush) was smooth and I would have enjoyed tasting it rather than the paper. Also, poor burn (side burn predominate in these rollers) wasted flower, and I ended up snuffing them out and pulling the remaining for a pipe.

Great location and dispensary, love the atmosphere and the quality of medicine! Acdc is one of my favortie strains I hope they can keep it in stock for a while. Otherwise great would love to see more high CBD strains coming in! Overall they have served me well, managers are friendly and staff i have dealt with so far are friendly patient and kind. It takes me 1+ to get here bur it was worth it every time Ive been. Was honestly an amazing experience coming here especially as a new patient. The only thing I can say is I wish they had shatter available more often, I found myself calling for a week before they got it back in. Other than that I felt comfortable and all my questions were answered with compassion and confidence, all around everyone working there really seems to enjoy what they are doing and they have no problem helping you with whatever you need.. I even forgot my card in the car and one of the workers held onto my items for me until I could come back to pay for them. They love to let you smell the dank bud and its overall just a really great experience, don't know if any other dispersary i visit will compare. Just wish there werent only all the dispensaries in Boston! Need more on the south shore.

Pretty much love everything about this place. The employees are super friendly and happy to help and talk. This seems to make everyone else also more friendly and just ... the happiest place on earth. The selection is pretty great IMO and while I wouldn't complain about more consistency I am impressed with how it's been done so far. Pricing is comparable to others in the area. I do hope that the selection in the Boston area forces dispensaries in general to compete a little better in terms of pricing. It can definitely be improved across the board. I do like NETA's first timer deal and the 20% off on shake is great. I also appreciate their pre-rolls are a bit heavier than 1 gram for the same price. All of those things are great. The quality of their menus and packaging is lightyears ahead of other places I've been. This might seem like a small thing but it really makes the experience A+. I really enjoy how knowledgeable they are about the product and go through the effort to display it and show it off before you make your final selection. It's marijuana guys --- no shame in having a bit of fun shopping for it. Excite my eyes. The actual building and facility alone makes the trip worthwhile. It's really beautiful and a joy to just hang out in. Excellent!

Seems like NETA only focuses their attention to their top THC producing strains because those are always dank. I've tried their CBD strains and it's nothing but B-Grade popcorn nugs. Good place for stoners, bad place for people seeking real treatment.

My first and by far my favorite dispensary. The experience is always good. I've been to a few, NETA is always the best.

Cool strains and good deals... I had some horrible reactions to their flower, across multiple strains, and this doesn't normally happen. Apparently they use plenty of pesticides or chemicals which may have bad effects. Beautiful and nice smelling flowers though. Just very commercial.

Went here yesterday. I purchased some shatter, wax, a vape cartridge, and an 8th of Hurricane flower. EVERYTHING was AWESOME! I I am usually very skeptic when I visit a dispensary in this state because it seems like everywhere the weed is too dry and the prices are too high. I was very pleased with the freshness of the the flower and the high was pure happiness. The shatter and wax was also incredible. I will absolutely go back when I have the time.

I like the location however I was not prepared for the amount of people packed inside I went on Friday and it was overwhelmingly packed and as someone with severe anxiety that was aweful. The staff was very welcoming and friendly took the time to explain everything on the menu to me and helped me find what may help best for me. There was only shake in the two strains I requested however I also got two pre rolls and two vape cartridges and a vape pen so far the vape pen has been amazing as has a pre roll all I've tried so far I hope to come back again on another day where there is actual flower not just shake. Love the vape pen though one hit and I was feeling good already and they taste amazing!

When is Neta going to lift all limits and you had expand your growing Facility and you still have limit on your Flower and Menu has change. Seems that you are getting rid of very good Flower and replacing it with unknown or odd Flower! For example I see you no longer have PBK, tough to grow but, a very good MMJ . A lot of us miss Mel, she was a great Person and a very good GM she was always trying to go the mile for every one. She was very Fair !!!!!

Gotta love it. By far the best dispensary I've been to. Good product, good people. I pass two other dispensaries on the way. NETA is worth the extra drive.

NETA is a very good dispensary in my opinion. Meds are good staff is good Only think I would say is I've tried a lot of they're strains and like maybe 3 of them that I purchased went out very fequently in a joint like 9 10 times. Im wondering what it is that makes some weed do that. I've purchases on the street before and ive had strains that don't stay lit in a joint. So im actually very curious as to what makes marijuana do this. But all around NETA is the best dispensary in mass and a phenomenal one also. They also have a great refer a friend program that I would recommend to anyone.

This place was great, staff was polite and the atmosphere was not intimidating. The menu was easy to navigate and read. The product was good quality however I would like to see more variety in types of concentrates considering they do not carry CO2 distillates

The Sativas here are generally mediocre. Anything that is decent quality generally goes very quickly. Slow service and long wait. It could be a lot faster if the product were prepackaged. Personally, I don't need to smell it beforehand. The tiny parking lot gets filled up and makes it very inaccessible for the patients with disabilities. Sometimes you have to park on Washington St., which can be very dangerous because of the narrow space and all the traffic. On the plus side, very friendly staff. Perhaps some of the accessibility issues could be alleviated. Also, it's a shame that Brookline requires that they have a fulltime policeman whose job is to basically tell patients that there is no room in the parking lot. Hopefully they can change the regulations to not require an officer, and pass the saving to the patients, who are already paying too much.

Top quality product... I would suggest going early in the week otherwise be prepared to wait, an wait, oh an wait.. But it had always been worthwhile with prolly the biggest local selection of flower an MIPs..

Was first time there was a technical error but not concerned or helpful just shoved off nice after hour drive took 2 minutes too fix outside but was so discusted with so called service

It is a great place to go to if u need bud and can't find it on your own . Prices are steap and I know they can lower them and still make a profit that is worth it but if they can charge up and people still pay they will . I noticed they charge cheaper for the bud that nobody wants or buys often and they limit the amount of good quality bud u can buy 1/4 . Their shatter and vape cartridges are on point I think and their thc pills are a plus . Being lactose intolerant I wish they made a edible without milk but no biggie . I'm sure the ones they got are delicious. Parking totally sucks there they need to figure out something soon before people start crashing there all stoned after getting their medicine. First time buyers 49 dollars off is a great way to bring people in the door and I recommend every one in mass with a license go there atleast once and take advantage of this deal .

I went to this place for the first time the otherday and it was awesome! Not only did my friend get 49 off for bringing me i got 49 off for being a first time customer. So i tried literally everything they had at the time, i was not overly impressed with most and a few where really bottom buds but a few notable ones where, flo og, amnisia haze, grape ape was good but had seeds, grand flora was good also. I found the tangerine haze to be racy and the waler, facewreck, chemdawg where all skimpy bottom buds so i dont think i really got to feel the tru effects because it was not fully developed imo and or beat up shaky bottom buds. That being said they do show you each batch and you totally have the right to say no thanks but i live far from here and wanted to experience what they had and now i know just say no to tiny bottom buds they just do not have the potency so technically you are short changing yourself. I also tried the 50 mg candy sativa, and same type brownie, the candie did nothing for me and the brownie took 2 hours to kick and made my eyes sooooo heavy.... great natural sleep aid if you dont mind mouth fulls of sugar and butter to get it. The vape carts where ok but they seem amateurish, if you look in them its all sort of chunky and some other carts are super clear and smooth so im not sure whats up with that. Price wise they are decent and if you buy this and that like i did they give you an auto price like as if you got a z so that helped me sooo much at the end. Staff was awesome of course everyone loves what they are doing and actually wants to be there.
