Now this is a place I can get used to.. Parking, yes! great buds, yes! can you actually smell and look at the buds before buying, yes! expensive, yes!! that's my only negative. Meds should be affordable..

great medicine, great location, awful efficiency. when they're busy the bud tenders have absolutely no idea how to efficiently move a line, there have been times I have wasted 2 hours+ in line while the bud tenders just continue to chat about nonsense with the customers. I get being friendly and open but there is a limit!!

Not going to lie, I went to take advantage of my first time $49 credit. The location has a relatively welcoming atmosphere, though every time since my first it has been a busy place. I've since returned multiple times because the quality and pricing are on point and staff are always more than friendly and accommodating. 5/5 I recommend to anyone I know that's a patient.

I have been to this location quite a few times now and have yet to be let down. This last trip really showed how wide the demographic of people using cannabis for help , I would say the age range was from people in their 20's all the way up to their 80's. This location has definitely gotten a lot busier of the past few months, but with the express they do try and help get you out as fast as possible. And I have now been to two other dispensaries in MA and NETA is by far the best when it comes to price, selection of products and staff.

As a first timer this place couldn't have been better. The super friendly and knowledgable staff helped guide me through my first time like I was a family member. Definitely going back because not only did they treat me right but I also learned a lot.

Last time I left the cute, "always great at neta response" but I'm done with that. Not only is it always great, but NETA evolves in a way that is actually based off customer feedback. Now, I was totally blown away with their products outstanding quality, but have seen people ask about, and left in these review; the size of their buds was always small....well apparently that's not a problem anymore, as I grabbed 10 grams of sweet tooth today, and the nugs were brilliant. Well trimmed well manicured and looks very sweet indeed. I don't know the ins and outs of NETA yet....but considering their obviously over the top effort and quality to ensure patient satisfaction.... they deserve some recognition. Thank you all employees involved over their because you have certainly won the heart of this patient who has yet to see anything below the highest quality in effort, kindness, and knowledge. Keep up the great work!

i see complaints about weight, not enough product. Need i remind you; this is a business that we all fought hard to get. it is not street pot, hence the weight. its not CVS and not related to the drug companies so you won't have a huge choice anywhere, unless they are new business. so please, everyone there is pleasent in a great mood and they know their shit. the building is beautiful and clean.

Honestly the limits are crazy. 1g limit of concentrate. 1/4 ounce limit on flower. Flower quality is not bad. Nothing special tho. Until Neta offers more quantity I will not be returning. 4 just passed. I'll be happy to grow my own meds for a fraction of the price. Would not shop again. Would only refer friend to get free 1/8th. Hope this honest review helps.

you can tell the bs reviews about this place "been goin to neta for over a year" , they haven't been open for a year. their shatter is horrible, weed is dried out and not very good. vape pens are awful and taste gross. question 4 passed just grow your own.

They're in a beautiful old bank building, so it's a nice, surprisingly relaxed atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and courteous, and they usually have a good selection. Have been there many times, and as a Bostonian, they're still my go-to dispensary.

I found out about NETA in an article that was featured in the Brookline Tab last Sunday. NETA - Brookline has a secure atmosphere with plenty of people to warmly greet and assist you upon your entrance. The process for registering with them was hassle free and they provided a patient handbook which I've found to be very resourceful. When deciding what products I needed to purchase for my ailments, I was helped by Lisa and another gentleman (whose name I can't remember at this moment - so sorry!) When I told them what I use MMJ for, they made recommendations, and they explained why they recommended it. They let me smell the flowers prior to making a decision. I purchased 3 kinds of flowers, a vape pen, and a hybrid cartridge, which were of fantastic quality. They gave me a first time patient discount and free rolling papers which was a nice bonus. The flower I was most impressed with was the Grape Ape. I actually get a full nights sleep now thanks to Grape Ape. To summarize: NETA - Brookline has a great secure atmosphere, with very friendly and attentive staff. I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future. Keep up the good work guys!

Super impressed, very comfortable atmosphere. While the line may be long, ever staff member goes out of their way to assist you on a one-on one-on, personal counsulting session with an expert behind the counter. You truly come first here, and if the wait was twice as long, I'll still be perfectly content striking up a conversation with another patient or three to effortlessly pass the time. Just an overall great experience. Job We'll Done!!

Great options. Bank layout makes it feel like you really cashing out on some goodies. Great flowers! Definitely recommended.

I love this place, since their GRAND OPENING I've been coming to NETa, every time I come in for a consultation I feel more and more welcomed. ALL the staff know who I am, with is great. The staff is amazing. I seem to always have questions on my returning visits and they Always have an answer. I have been traveling to other dispensaries in MA and none of them can compare in Product Quality, Service, and amazing Atmosphere... BY FAR THE BEST ONE YET MA!

This location is like a Dream come true. I like the fact that NETA has really educated there staff on all the different types of flowers, Edibles, oils, tinctures and lotion. There flowers are Beautiful. Every time I've gone there they have been fully stocked with a HUGE selection it's been hard to choose. There prices are reasonable when buying small amounts of Medicine. It's almost like they try to steer people away from buying ounces just by the price.

They kept the EXCELLENT decorative decor of the bank that was there before them..^^ points for that. EXCELLENT customer service...went thru the regular line first time cause I didnt know what I wanted or needed as a patient. Their team excelled at getting me on the right path for my problems. Used the express line the next 2 times and the team @NETA talked and knew what I needed and suggested the right trains for me....AWESOME TEAM

NETA is great! Parking can be an issue. If you have a handicap placard/plate, the staff will make an effort to find you a space if there is any. Which is helpful and there's cop directing traffic so coming in and out is never a problem. Inside is nice, music playing, staff extremely friendly, the lines are long, but I have noticed that the staff will go around and ask if anyone has questions. That distracts you from the mundane line. Nick and Simone are really nice and helpful. It's like seeing old friends. It's a bit pricey but worth the trip. You won't be disappointed with there selection.

It was my first time in a dispensary. The staff was very helpful. They talked me through the menu and help me make some good choices.

Great dispensery although parking is a pain in the ass. pricing is fair although could be cheaper. I find the selection is great although not enough of each product as the constantly run out extremely quick. Staff is awesome and friendly from start to finish. My only complaint is the excessive wait times due to so many patients.

I was recently taken by my delivery service as they were shutting down thanks to whatever is going on here in Mass.. so I had to make an hour long trip to this dispensary. They were not very knowledgeable.. not their fault.. we can't all be Colorado.. but kind and willing to help. I would highly recommend! I have a seizure disorder that is not controlled any other way and my life literally depends upon this medicine.. I will be making many trips.
