While the location and staff are good, the lack of product availability, especially rempen cartridges, prerolls and flower varieties can make for a disappointing visit. Wish there was a way to phone in and check the inventory and reserve items for later pickup. Hopefully these are growing pains.

Busy location but worth the wait. I travel from Natick and the first time process took me about 2 hours including travel time. I spent time in line chatting to friendly customers also patient to wait. The staff were very knowledgable, friendly and patient to allow you to decide what type of flower you are in need for. It has a small parking lot but it's helpful that a friendly police officer assists in directing traffic back on to route 9.

express line today! 15 mins! The floor was a mob scene at noon in Brookline. Shatter is of some of the finest. Great job working with the DPH to finalize agreements and get the medicine out there for those who choose to use it. The Longs Peak Blue at 90%tac is potent. Heady out of body type levels. Flavor is amazing, tastse like lipton tea bags with hint of blue berry after taste. The facewreck sativa shat is exceptional also, not nearly as heady and very flavorful, i'm vaping using a new firefly2 with the concentrate pads. Oh my!

Def best location in Massachusetts in my opinion. Everything is very organized and quality.

After much anticipation, I am extremely pleased with my experience at NETA. The employees are extremely friendly and kind. The atmosphere is beyond welcoming, including plenty of smiling faces and a nice couch area with cold water available. For my first visit, I got a free pack of papers and an 1/8 for $1! I ate an indica 50mg brownie which has lots of fudge in it & is made by a fancy chef (they were telling me). It was very good, I could barely taste the weed. I got facewreck which is 26%THC and it's fantastic! Definitely going back for more in the future. They let you break up the amount you buy into however many grams or half grams or 1/8s etc that you want. I also like the tangerine haze, it's soooo flavorful! Also if I know what I want ahead of time in the future, I can fill out an order form to expedite the process and skip any consultation on strain advice etc.

This place is fantastic. Product is amazing and the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. One recommendation I would have would be tiered pricing on flower. Just doesn't make sense to me to have to pay the same price for flower with 30% thc as another strain with 15%thc. Granted they are all grown with the same care and quality but maybe it would alleviate the issue of the highest thc content flower being the first to disappear if maybe there was tiered pricing.

AWESOME! Great products and very knowledgable staff. They answered all of my questions and more. Very clean atmosphere and had an express lane for those with less than 12 products. I went on a Thursday morning and was still very busy. The lines were a bit long but worth the wait. The tincture was amazing! Just a couple drops under my tongue and I was amazed at the results. As a first time patient, I got $49 off and 10% off every visit with my MA Health card. Great products and staff. I can't say enough good things about them!

location was great. loved that they pulled out any strain you wanted and let you sniff and see the product. Got Flo OG and Gorilla Glue#4 and just tried the Flo. great flower nicely trimmed. good quality product. they had a ton of options, brownies, lotions and a good variety of flowers. only bad part was the hour and a half wait in line. but that's not their fault they had 7 or 8 people working the counter just was busy.

Went there for the first time recently. The service is really good, everyone is friendly. The product is really good. Only cons for me is the pricing and the lack of variety with edibles. Overall its a pretty good spot to check out.

NETA Brookline is the perfect blueprint for how to operate a dispensary in Massachusetts. Professional but friendly atmosphere, quality products, helpful staff. After some initial inventory problems (as they learned their customer base's preferences), they have become extremely reliable! Only drawback is that everyone knows how good they are, so sometimes it gets pretty crowded - still always worth the wait!

Unbelievably professional top end operation on every level. I was immediately taken with the great selection of flowers all tested for THC levels, which is always preferable if you trying to decide on a strain. Flowers all look amazing, the staff was super friendly and knowledgable. It is the type of business that you can immediately tell everyone employee in there is very happy to be working there. It's rare you see this in any company today, when you see it you recognize it immediately. This is clearly the high water mark that all other dispensaries will have to aspire to. It's hard to imagine me using anyone else unless I see a better price and similar quality. It's out there, but there is also a LOT of inconsistency. With NETA you'll never need to worry about that and I Love knowing that. I hope these guys get the business they deserve, truly the crown jewel of the east coast.

Love this happy place! Staff is knowledgeable and professional. Even the times I've had to wait in line have been pleasant with everyone trying to help each other out with their experiences. We need more places like this!

I have been here twice and absolutely always leave very happy! I had to renew, but will be back soon!

Great Buds, Menu is always consistent and random days they will have special strains that you learn about when you arrive. (there not even on the menu online! Good prices and first mass dispensary that lets you smell and see the flower before you purchase! NETA is also in the works of getting concentrates!!!! The bubble hash was phenomenal (around 67-88% TAC) and soon to have shatters crumbles and everything in-between! The edibles at NETA are good and strong. a little on the expensive side, but work really well!

For me being a first time customer, my first experience was 5 Stars hands down. Budtender answered all my questions and gave me more knowledge on somethings I never knew. The quality of the flower in which I purchased (Hurricane) & (Sour Tsunami) was very moist and had an amazing aroma to them. I recommend this place to everyone! 👌🏽👍🏽

The gold standard of a Mass Medical Dispensary. Awesome atmosphere with an amazing staff that could talk to you for hours about the wide variety of products they offer. It can get crowded some days, but even when the wait is long it's still fun to nerd out with the staff in the meantime. Everything about this place is 5-stars, I highly recommend them!!

Went in for my first time yesterday. Was IMMEDIATELY blown away by 1. How beautiful the building is. 2.how clean and professional it all felt. And 3. How amazing the staff is. After showing my credentials I was immediately greeted and brought through my process for registration. After about 5 minutes I was in line and the nicest ladies (I forget their names but will def learn them from future visits) helped me get 3 Amazing strains of potent moist buds and an incredible pre roll. 10374920173920/10 wild HIGHLY recommend giving this place a visit. NETA was the first dispensary I've ever gone to and is the only one I'll visit from now on! The employees were so helpful and nice and found me exactly what I needed to help my afflictions. it is a little pricey, but there is nothing but consistent quality with their supply. The hour drive up and 2 hour drive back were totally worth it, but next time I'll take the train.

it's a good place MBA type investors. ummm, the money is a concern guys. also you don't have a disabled vet discount at the register. sooo, it's tough for me. I'm probably not coming back until I get another coupon
