Great flowers and compassionate friendly service. Also the best prices out of ALL of the dispensaries I've seen so far. I wish Leafly hadn't gotten rid of all the delivery caregivers but NETA is pretty awesome. They have a great $49 off any $50 order for first time customers going too!

Best dispensary experience in MA. Everybody was super friendly, seemed happy to be there and happy to have customers. The products are great. My only complaints would be my cashier wasn't that knowledgeable on some of the products and had to go ask somebody else several times. Also the prices are high, all the dispensaries in MA are high, they have seemingly tethered their price to about the same as every other dispensary. It's a little unfortunate for us the patients, especially having been to CO and seeing the same strains for 1/2 the price.

I had the best visit staff was very helpful the quality of the products was great better prices that Canna Care. Parking was a pain, can't wait till I got again. Love the smell!

First time visit got 49 dollars off and a free pack of rolling papers. Awesome atmosphere, helpful staff. You get to see and get a whiff of the flower which I wasn't able to do at a different dispensary. Prices are pretty much the same as other locations. Higher quality flower with a better trim job than what Ive seen at other locations. Wide variety of products with several different flowers, vape pens, all kinds of edibles, tinctures and lotions. Drove in, plenty of places to park within a close walking distance. Awesome overall experience with high quality products and competitive pricing. I will definitely be back.

I have visited three times now and it's always been an excellent experience. The first time I waited in the regular line because I needed some guidance on what to get for my particular problem. They were very informative and helpful. Second and third time I used the express line and I was in and out in no time. First class dispensary.

Love the atmosphere here and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. In some places it feels very clinical which can be nice but a little anxiety inducing. NETA Brookline has this nice and relaxed medicine buying experience with great packaging and a lot of different options from edibles, flower, and even lotions! Their new patient special is fantastic and prices are about the same as other dispensaries. I live about 40 minutes from NETA and even though there is another dispensary only 20 minutes away, I routinely go to NETA for my meds.

EVERYTHING ABOUT NETA IS ABOVE TOP SHELF!!! I felt like Charlie and I was waiting to see Willy Wonka to walk out the vault. I have thought I seen an umpalumpa on the grow room TV. lol! but seriously, I've been there a few times and every time I get more impressed with theses guys. very knowledgeable on all products and meds.. also the selection is on point every time. I've been to Other dispensery's and not impressed at all. most times the others ran out of flowers...... really!! .... not this place, great place to stop by. and they have great parking!!! I love this F*~×ing place. always making stops to my friends!!!

I've been to NETA a few times now. First of all, the building is beautiful, and there are plenty of ways to get here on public transportation - or they have parking too.
The entire staff is incredibly helpful, and willing to take the time with you until you are comfortable with what you're getting and are out of questions. They are quite knowledgeable about the products, and their recommendations for me were spot on.
I've only tried the flower so far, and it's been great and consistent. On top of that, they have a TV with a live feed to their growing facility.
Don't go here because it's the only option IN Boston, go here because it's great.

This place is the real deal. They constantly have a large selection, and great edibles. The staff members are all super friendly and easy going. The lines can sometimes be long, but nothing you can do about it with the dispensary options in MA right now; everyone is going here instead of other dispensaries closer to them. NETA is setting the bar high for dispensaries in MA and it's for the best! I make a 2.5 - 3 hour round trip out of it every other week from the North Shore. I ensure you the trip is always worth it!

The staff is very knowledgable & they really seem to care about their clients. It doesn't seem like they will tell you anything just to sell. It took a long time for me on my first visit; I had a lot of questions. Everyone answered my questions, even on the phone. Prices are fair, and I would go there again. I hope they get more CBD Products.

This is a high end place. The bud is always good, potent, and well trimmed. Only complaint, the buds are wicked small! Are you guys growing hydroponically? Could you get some organically grown dirt crop? Im not a fan of the chemical concoctions the industry calls nute's in my lungs. I don't really care how naturally organic a bottle of something that smells like a.... purports to be. To end; seriously I would really appreciate some dirt, at some point you'll lose me as a regular....

Thank you for sharing your compliments about our well-trimmed bud. We believe that a hand-finished product is the only way to go. To address some of your issues- Cultivation methods: We operate the most efficient methods to grow using hydroponics and rockwool cubes; we only use certified organic pesticides, as required by the DPH, and we undergo frequent check ins by the DPH. Inputs, meaning media and nutes are very subjective. However, we do have a good objective measure re: our methods as we are required to test for residual heavy metal as per MADPH regulations. Our results often read very low (in parts per billion), or none detected at all. This is a good benchmark of not only the completeness of flush, but also the quality of our inputs. Bad nutes = high metals. Bud Size: Because we started growing just from seed, and not clones, the buds initially were smaller. Our bud sizes have continually gotten larger and denser with each new batch. Feel free to ask any PSA for larger buds during future visits.

I think the atmosphere, customer service, and variety of products are great at NETA in Brookline. You have the ability ask the helpful staff any questions you may have and see any products before you make a purchase. The reason that I can't give 5 stars is because of the quality of the flower. Every joint that I rolled with the Amnesia Haze, Gran Flora, and the Tangerine Haze left a dark, black coal ash and would not stay lit for more than a puff or 2. My understanding is that the final flush was not performed properly at the end of the grow cycle leaving behind traces of fertilizer. All of the flowers look good, and have the effect you are looking for but for now, I will look elsewhere for a more enjoyable smoke. I plan to check back in a month or 2 to see how quality improves.

Hi dementedrob, thanks for the largely positive review. As to the flush- We flush all flower for 10 days. It is our position that to go any longer degrades the product for several reasons: 1. Flush too long and carbohydrates essential to the flavor of the flower begin to be lost. 2. Flushing too long past peak ripeness contributes to trichome degradation and may lower potency. 3. Flushing too early stunts growth and prevents the flower from fully-ripening.
Subjectively, our in house pre-rolled joints seem to burn pretty well, if you've had a negative experience with those, our staff would absolutely want to hear about it on your next visit. Objectively, we are required to test for residual heavy metal as per MADPH regulations. Our results often read very low (in parts per billion), or none detected at all. Great quality & customer service is excellent. They are starting to get high CBD strains a little more frequently than in the past only problem is I am limited to 1/4 per strain. I typically only need High CBD & would like to purchase more when it's available.

Neta is the best dispensary in MA! They are consistently professional, friendly, knowledgeable and well stocked with product (with many strains to choose from). Their communication is excellent - from social media, answering their phones, email responses and posting their menu. One request - could you please bring back strain specific Rem Pen cartridges? Having to choose a general Indica, Sativa or Hybrid is not helpful when trying to treat specific medical symptoms - it's a big step backwards into not knowing what you are getting and therefore not being able to buy it again if it works well (or trying a different strain if it doesn't). Other than that, thank you NETA for setting the bar high and being the Gold Standard for all dispensaries to follow.

I hate this place. The prices are way too high and the wait is horrible. Last time I was there the "express" service took well over an hour.
