Went in with (what I thought) was a bad Turn Pod and was helped by Anthony. He troubleshooted the issue for me several times because as soon as I left the store, the pod wouldn't hit and I had to keep going back in for an exchange. Come to find out, my battery was the problem rather than the pod itself. Went home with a brand new podpak and pod free of charge. Thanks, Anthony! This experience only furthers my adoration for this dispensary!!
