Bummer that product is often out of stock but there’s usually a decent alternative for most items besides edibles…..seems like Corporate could be more supportive of our small town patients. From the days of Yavapai Herbal, deli flower and more, Nirvana grew into a Prescott Valley institution…..don’t forget your old friends…shop Nirvana. And no, I don’t work there.

Given the fact that the entire store was busy AF, the staff was amazing and kept up with the pace, as pleasantly as humanly possible under those conditions. Great Job!!!! However, it was disappointing to learn that a sale event couldn't be honored because I didn't know in-store coupon also applied for online pick-up orders. I would of been just fine, picking up my order and never being told I was eligible for the sale discount, that I wasnt getting, because i didnt order 2, as it was "the last one" in stock. why would I order 2 if I didn't know the sale applied? Anyway, I left a little baffled as to why he would be so heartless as to even mention it all. 🤣 Just shut your mouth and give me what I ordered. 🤣 i dont need to know I missed a deal. no shoulda, woulda, coulda's. Truth in Sarcasm. On a serious note, you guys rock!! staff is awesome!! They all need raises. and update your website to clearly state what your sales event rules/protocols entail. I would of gladly paid the full sale and picked up sale item when it was replenished. I wasn't even offered that, why? 🤷‍♀️.

I religiously come here for the deals, bud and great staff. Thank you for always being there.

Mike was very helpful. First he chose 3 great carts and let me know about the f.ree eighth and said it was a favorite strain of his. Then he reminded me of a free cart on my next visit as a disabled guy Mike said let me get the door for you. Didn't wait in line and checking in as a new customer was super away

Been buying here for years, they raised the price of their least expensive concentrate by 33% and claimed tariffs are to blame. Tariffs don't effect a plant that can only be grown in state. Doing the poor guy dirty is a bad look. I have already started cashing out my points.... I'll spend my money elsewhere. This was not my first time here but they won't even let me submit this without checking a box.

Usually I don't have a problem with this place except today they canceled my online order because they're closing at five. Apparently no one knew they were closing at 5 so they're just canceling people's orders.

Bass was helpful, and has good customer service.

I have been coming to this dispensary for probably about 7 years, and even when we've gotten new dispensaries or had other ones it's still my favorite. The people in here are always very cheerful, helpful, and what's really awesome is the very knowledgeable if you have any questions about the medicinal difference between things like edibles and flour or concentrates and other products. Definitely one of the best dispensaries around! Thank you guys for always rocking it!

Yo Sheraz, it's been a few weeks of this location never having the supply for the concentrate deals. Yall had an abundant bus and no abundant concentrate. Several weeks of deals that you don't send the supply from Phoenix to Prescott.
