This place was amazing when I first moved to Tempe. Crazy deals, super nice staff, and it was close to my place. However, they stopped serving medical bc they were bought out by Cookies, and I think that’s literal Bull but it is what it is. Also started getting disappointed in the flower quality I was getting (super dried out, tiny nugs). Truly a let down having this place decline me for being a med user but still great memories

Good weed friendly staff

Might be because it’s the first batch but TruMed dispensary is hitting way harder than cookies. Better options too I honestly think it’s just the name that sells.

Service is trash. Placed an online order and when I came in they tried to give me 1 out of the 4 1/8ths I ordered and the other 3 were garbage. Employees lack basic common knowledge and courtesy.

David the bud tender is always super helper

All the employees were extremely rude, and unwilling to answer any questions, but the product itself is over a year old. Was absolute garbage all the way around and I have been more than once. Don’t be fooled by the cookies brand. This is definitely not a cookies location just another shitty dispensary

Good weed and selections..

Placed an online order, get there and there is nowhere to park. Not parking across the street. Going to Jars instead. Customers should get $10 discount everytime they have to park across the street.

I used to come here all the time. I barely came back and well great deals and good service. Got me back..

Placing an online order landed me in a 20 minute line that was out in the sun while the walk in side was nice and air conditioned and what not. I had to go inside to pull cash and the bouncer took offense. I'm not going back.

Me and my husband stopped by and we met Dave! He was awesome he provided great customer service! We appreciate he’s hard work and dedication, specially being so knowledgeable of the products. Thank you Dave for your assistance and your knowledge! You made this trip worth it! 🙂
