I call to make an order and I’m not quite sure what I wanted. The guy on the phone convinces me to order one of the strains I was considering because they were low on it and If I need to change or add anything they can do it when they ring me up. And while this certainly does apply at OTHER dispensaries I’ve shopped at, Turns out, Nirvana does not. So now I’m sitting here for a good 30 minutes waiting in line behind a bunch of customers. Like, a lot. I made an order and was lied to, why do I get to be penalized? Your employee lied to me, bend the rules and honor your word for this one case. No accountability.

Definitely will never disappointed in this dispensary, the atmosphere is great, the staff is awesome, Spencer, Robert, Sam and even the security guard makes me feel welcome all the time, and not to mention great prices amd quality on my medicine

I liked how informative Carrie Graves was. she informed me about the deals and prices they have. and everyone there was super friendly.

This is probably the worst dispensary I've dealt with in a year of having my medical card. they make changes to their specials and they don't update them but then they don't they change their prices and don't tell their customers. They change their store policies and they don't advertise that there's been a change. I was told by a manager of the Tempe location that it is a privilege to shop at Nirvana stores it's not a right to all card holders. They advertised and made their claim to fame being the Walmart of dispensaries in Arizona by not charging tax but then seven days ago they change that policy and now charge tax. They do not update their customers with this information but they text me three times a day trying to get me to come in and spend money in their store. When you have a problem and bring it up to them their employees tell you oh well this is what it is now.
