I must say this place was really cool this morning. The manager good looking dark haired guy honored a mistake that Leafly posted . It was a killer price on my purchase. If he’d of said it was a miss print I’d had no problem but instead he gave me the discount of all discounts what a great place l❤️I’ll be a loyal customer for life, thanks guys👍🏻😊

They had a 50% off sale so I ordered online. When I got there it was ridiculously disorganized and there were only 3 employees. It took two of them to try to figure out how ring up my order and they blamed their system. It didn't seem correct on the receipt after I left so I went back. The manager said their receipts don't show the sale amounts clearly. I was then told the 50% off wasn't valid for the items I bought because they were under a certain dollar amount. I asked where that was stated in their advertisement or sale conditions, and she said it wasn't. I asked her again to confirm that they would not honor their sale price in spite of the undisclosed restriction. She then got belligerent and snapped,"You got the deal I gave you!!" This is the definition of false advertising. Lesson learned. I now see many other one star reviews regarding false advertising and misleading pricing.

Great atmosphere, fast and reliable

The line always moves so slow at this place. Why pay to setup 12 registers then only staff 1-2 people to work them. The need a better system for staffing this location and not making customers wait 20 minutes to make a simple purchase. Poor management to say the least.

Don't take your hard earned money here. Nirvana is a horrible company with gobs of bad reviews including this one. They say there's a 7 day no risk return policy. They don't do refunds at all or store credit for any reason. You can come in the next day with your receipt and sealed product and they could care less. The store they replaced...giving tree, was excellent. Night and day. They're rude and just save yourself a huge headache. They have the worst customer service in the valley. It's too late for me. Save yourself. Run don't walk away from this store.

With 136 Cannabis dispensaries in Phoenix area alone..it's coming down to who carries what I like. GT has the classic Northern Lights. GT gets my money. ..even if the huge buds are a tad bit dry. Nice location with plenty of parking . It's a little tight inside but they know what they are doing with less than 5 minutes in/out for a will call order. The gregarious bud tender, Buck, keeps things easy and light.The basics are covered in their offered flower choices. They 'are not too worried about not having a strain thats good for hang nails and also has hints of a NEHI Orange Soda flavors...They use paper bags.The ziplock bagged flower goes into a paper bag rather than another ziplock bag..They printed on the outside of the bag their Shoppe logo and whatnot so I don't look like a wino at least..Good prices and availability of basics will keep me returning to Giving Tree.

I’m speechless. This was one of my go-to stores. But after today I have to be done with this store. I made an online pick-up order. After picking up, I saw that what they gave me was 10% lower THC that what I ordered online. I never had this problem here. When I went back, they told me they ran out at 26% so subbed me at 16%. But they didn’t say anything before I checked out and handed over my $90. They didn’t even apologize or acknowledge. The hubris was breathtaking. They finally said they’d give store credit minus the $17 taxes. I don’t understand. They told me straight to my face they switched it out for something different that I didn’t choose and then didn’t tell me and now I’m helpless. They have my money, shame on me for being fooled. So if I can’t trust the store, I’m not coming back. They’ll probably delete or hide this review anyway. But if they don’t, the lesson is ALWAYS check your bag before you leave. Don’t trust them. They don’t care about you, just the money. And I can’t afford that.

Taxi is a very good strain

I’ve been going here for over four years and the service is always quick, friendly and helpful. The golden lemon strain is perfect!!!

The atmosphere and the vibe inside Giving Tree (Phx, Az) was amazing. Every single time I have gone, their entire crew has been genuinely welcoming and nice!! I actually had an issue on my first visit and they promptly fixed it. I do love this store, however, I wish that the staff were more knowledgable about the strains and brands that are offer their location.

What is up with the 30 to 50$ taxes everytime i buy here? I am medical and been charged 40 and 50$ taxes the last 2 times I like the dispensary been coming here for a few years but damm i dont appreciate the high taxes

Been buying here before they moved into the old Circle K location when they first started at the Deer Valley AP. Always well presented, atmosphere is relaxed and quick service.

Security was nice. But one of the employees a longer hair hat cover I’m assuming (he) got a mouth on him very rude. Speak with your chest next time little guy. You’ll be ok. A simple job being an order taker and the she/him can’t even manage that.

The fact that no store can do a tap pay. We are this far into the economy and going digital to the fact that you guys still can’t take a tap pay as payment.
