I like how the dispinsary looked inside, that's it. The customer service is really bad, it's horrible actually. The dispinsary doesn't follow covid cdc recommendations at all... There was 21 people inside a small area, some without mask, the weed is overpriced for the lack of potency. On the window it says small leave a 5 star review and we'll give you a preRoll. False reviews on their website, always read their low reviews that's the truth. I saw them MISTREAT a co worker and a customer they kicked her out and banned her simply for saying please hurry I've been here for along time and I have ice cream in my car... The girl at the cash register banned her. Puzzling to see that treatment to a customer. I'd strongly recommend going elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this place, but it made me select a option.
I have been going to their old location for the last few years. The service was great, really dig their top shelf strains (death star, golden lemon), and good prices for those strains. The drive thru pick-up service was awesome as well during these crazy times. Now that recreational is here, clearly all of that is done. First and foremost, they're advertising they're still medical only, and they're clearly not. I was trying to get one last decent sized order in before rec hit, knowing it would take some time for everyone to adjust. So much for that! It was a complete s@!t show there today. While they did have separate lines for rec and medical, it was the same check-in for both, and nothing being done to expedite online medical orders. The old place was cosy and had a nice flow to it, while this new one is like damn convenience store. And obviously, no more drive thru orders at the new location. It would have been nice if there as a heads-up on this, but why should they ultimately care? Rec will make up for all the medicals like me who will be going some place else from now on. Enjoy!

The best strains available at a good price. Always has what’s advertised on website unlike most dispensaries who lure you in and try to sell you something else. Staff helpful and an ATM that actually works correctly 👍🏽👍🏽

The end of patient service at Giving Tree Dispensary. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING...I've been a patient for three or four years. As other people have posted it is a real sh%t show. The place is a disaster. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING.. Horrible process for getting medicine. You have a budtender take your order, but then patients have to wait in a crowded lobby with NO SOCIAL DISTANCING.. People inside the dispensary not wearing masks and coughing. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING. The budtenders are very nice. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING...but management too busy making $$$ to pay attention to NO SOCIAL DISTANCING... It's very sad to see because Giving Tree usually had superior products and very nice staff. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING....We patients have been supporting this enterprise since they started. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING..and now greedy, greedy, greedy Giving Tree cares nothing for the people that have supported them all these years..NO SOCIAL DISTANCING..even when I get vaccinated, I will not return...NO SOCIAL DISTANCING. And did I mention? NO SOCIAL DISTANCING

Drove 25 mins to come here and use my first time patient deal. I had a preorder for Whute widow & AC/DC. Upon arrival I was informed AC/DC is a CBD strain. Online AC/DC WAS NOT ADVERTISED AS SUCH. The shift leader (Latina curly hair 10/14 6:30 pm) refused to accommodate me in any way. She said “everyone knows AC/DC us a CBD strain.” I wouldn’t know that at all, as I was a first time patient. This was very poor management skills, giving tree false advertises!!! I will not and did not spend a dime here. Better customer service is needed,

they are selling Gram cartridges with close to a quarter of the cart empty. they are clearly smoking on them before they sell them. this is the only dispensary this happens to me at, so I can only assume you gotta be smoking on them before the sale. Normally, there is little to no gap on a fresh cart filled to the top. well, not here, and only not here does this happen to me.
I thought the service was terrible. The staff couldn't care less if I was satisfied. I will not be going back.

Sbarringer63, you were asking for something that you said you saw on our website. When we asked you to show us where you saw this "promo" you could not provide that information. We said we would do our due diligence and if we were wrong, we would note it on your profile so you could have it on your next visit. You did not want to hear what you were being told and unfortunately I believe you had us mistaken for another dispensary.

That Death Star OG for $160 a half oz is some of the dankest dank I’ve smoked! You definitely get what you pay for kicks my ass everytime! Not to mention the OG 18 cartridge you guys carry from KIND is definitely my top favorite strain in a cartridge now! Wish I knew the ladies name who hooked it up but she definitely knew what’s up!
