Long time customer, first time in their new store on Union Hills & 7th Ave. Decent-looking place — a prominent location compared to their old hidden-away one— and I got very nice service from Dane. Wasn’t happy about waiting in line for 25 minutes and then being told there was a separate line for medical. They should do a better job of communicating that to their customers.

Very convenient friendly

This was my first time patient. After 2 days of usage from my purchase from this dispensary, I’m giving it a 3 for quality of their product. This conclusion wasn’t easy but I’m still giving them 5’s for the other categories. Now, 1st impression is where you will get the vibe that you’ve walked into a secure, friendly, no judgement & safe environment. I’m very impressed with this. I bought raffles from the greeter, my intake person, & bud tender. Tim, Jamie, & Leah were better than great. My gripe is with the edibles from sofa king that I purchased here. My Halloween night was less climactic due to these things. I’ve had some of their products before from MINT with no problems. The Mellow Nugz were new to me. They’re advertised as THC infused medicating treats. I then purchased with a relaxing Halloween night in mind, from Leah. I’m very disappointed with my results. I did not get medicated from them at all. I literally consumed in 3hrs 2 full bags out of the 4 I have. That’s 200mg in one sitting. I wasn’t medicated at all. Sadly, I saw the porcelain queen a few times the very next morning. For a positive note, later on in the day (Sunday football) I had two brownies of Good Things Comings and I became medicated for about 5 hrs. I’d like to say kudos to Leah on that recommendation. I’m happy with my Granola Funk flower as well. This took the edge off and gave me that drowsy push to go to sleep. I did notice they didn’t have much of a bud selection at the time. Also in their defense it was Halloween. I had no idea they closed on weekends at 4pm and so I arrived basically as they were closing. I bought my edibles on a BOGO. The prices were comparable to other dispensaries that I’ve frequented before. I was just bummed because I wanted to give this place a perfect 15 stars. I’ll return sooner then later. I’d like to learn their specials much better as well. We’re all just attempting to do our best during covid and I just hope I can find quality products.

Dont know why you’re called the giving tree when you guys are so expensive. Should be called the taking tree. Its offensive tbh. Compare yourself to any other dispensary near you and its almost half what you charge,outrageous!

Amazing staff!! Music was great, didn’t seem like it took long at all. White widow is 🔥! Guest strains DNA and 22Red are 🔥 🔥! Keep doing what you’re doing, people who complain will always find something to complain about! But for the small size of the dispensary you all are killing it!

I first visited this location a couple weeks ago to take advantage of their great first time patient deal but I was so impressed with their flower I had to go back! Shaun was my budtender on my first visit as well as today. Shaun was very knowledgeable and kind. On my first visit he told me they take pride in their house grown flower and recommended the Granola Funk and I was so impressed with it I just had to go back and get more! Definitely give this place a try I highly recommend the Granola Funk and they do grow AC/DC for any CBD smokers out there. Go see Shaun and he'll tell you what's good ;)

From walking in to walking out, everyone you come in contact with is professional and knowledgeable about the products. All my questions were answered and the environment is extremely comfortable. Every time I go in, they make you feel like family.

The old location was much better . I will no longer purchase anything here at Giving Tree . This location is a nightmare . Raised your prices as well . Goodbye .

Today I placed an order on line. Upon picking up the order there was a discrepancy in that the order was not placed correctly. Item missing and items switched. Charges skewed. Found myself arguing in 105 degree temps to correct the order, that eventually processed skewed to the leafly order. The person blamed leafly and said she was having issues with them. This is NOT the first time. The WORST PART It appears some employees are lost. 3rd time is a reason to consider cancelling placing orders. Contemplating this, I received a call from who was at customer service. She claimed that I had issues with an expired MMJ card, something that was already managed. Another employee was given the information at time of pick up. He had previously taken my phone inside with him and took the information when the order was placed. The info was up to date. The order was also already processed. She was reacting to old text messages. When I called back to discuss why she was calling me, she was extremely rude and condescending, would not listen to what I had to say, and had treated me as though I was a problem with a bad attitude, saying she doesn't have to listren to me being rude, when she did all the talking in a rude and condescending way. At 63 years old, with health issues, I don't need this. GOODBYE; What Giving Tree has established with me today is that it is time to shop elsewhere. Trust me, the many I have sent your way will do the same. Good Work!

The Giving tree is the best dispensary for having a consistent supply of a couple of great strains. They never disappoint with a very great competitive process and It’s so nice to trust that you will get the same top quality over and over. Very friendly staff, Shaun is a regular budtender of mine and always provides the utmost best customer service and knowledge of strains. I highly recommend this dispensary in every aspect for your interests and cannabis needs!

The giving tree is a great place to shop. First the people who work there are at the top of there field. What I think is the best part about the giving tree is they have Death Star. The rest of the weed is great as well. I am bringing my friend to the shop to refer him and I get the first time patient deal as well. Drop what you are doing and go to the giving tree.
