Can't believe how much you have betrayed your loyal med patients.. how come colorado and other states can get a Rec/Med program running smoothly and correctly but Flagstaff can't... Specifically greenhouse right now .. you can't raise your prices so much for med patients... You need to offer something at the previous more affordable rates for med patients only!. That's plain and simple.. all you need to do.. but 140 for a half!!! Come on guys... 100 fur a qtr is ridiculous!!!.. you guys are better then that..

i use to come here before everyone over 21 is welcome.. its sad cardholders we lost our deals we use to get a BOGO deal everyday. i hate all the other places here in flagstaff. thank god ill be leaving here next week. but if u do go in Olivia and Leo are the BEST Budtenders they have there both super nice, will have knowledge on products. i loved this place just upset no more deals😭 now i gotta pay full price lol

I’m in this place often and I swear that every single person I’ve come in contact with that works for this place is a genuinely kind person. Patient and easy to talk to. If you have any kind of social anxiety I highly recommend this place. They make it very easy.
They lost me as a customer. Been coming here for a few years and loved it before they went recreational. Now they charge cocain prices for marijuana and I can’t even afford to shop here anymore. Hiking up the prices so drastically in the middle of a pandemic is a real scummy and greedy look in the middle of a national pandemic. But hey I found a new dispo a little out of town so I’m fine.

Great experience. I ordered online and for my first time visit I flew through in no time. I will be here in Flagstaff for a minute....this will be my go to dispensary from now on.
Flower smells and tastes like hay seems EXTREMELY low quality for flagstaffs “premier” dispensary I heard a rumor they used miracle grow for soil and I think there might be some truth to that being how the flower has an eye appeal to it but ends up very disappointing when you light it up and it tastes and smells like dirt!
my review was actually deleted?!? thats ridiculous and shady AF!!!! this dispensary offers low quality weed for high tier prices, the employees are overwhelmed and the least knowledgeable RUDE budtenders I've ever encountered. be prepared to wait 20 to 30 minutes outside to even get in. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. IF YOU WANT GOOD REVIEWS RUN A GOOD BUSINESS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!!
The great: Great help and bus tenders always willing to really explain and answer your questions. If they don’t know, they find someone who does. Best deals in flagstaff, and some of the best concentrates by far. What I would like to see change: I wish social distancing measures would be taken a bit more seriously and the recent addition of an armed guard was NOT a good look. More regimented sanitation during a pandemic. At first I saw receptionists cleaning doors regularly. Lately I don’t recall seeing any doors, atms, horizontal surfaces wiped down while I’ve been in. In summary: Favorite dispensary in town, but you guys need to seriously step it up on your Covid sanitation/social distancing protocol. The manager seems to not personally care about mask mandates. Seen him several times close in to customers without a mask on, myself included. Covid is only getting worse in Arizona...I shouldn’t have to worry about this in a medical setting to get my medicine.
I love how quickly they do online orders here, and how many deals they always have going on! Kelly is definitely one of my favorite bud tenders 🤗
noble herb is the best dispensary in flagstaff!!!! all of the staff are incredibly friendly and cool and their service is super fast! online orders process in about 5 minutes and they have a large selection of all kinds of stuff. Store layout is cool as you can look around while waiting. Favorite dispensary in flag 100% would recommend also always have good deals
Chelsea the short haired blond chick was outstanding!!! I gave this place one more chance because I did try to order online but there was no option 🤷 so I said fuck it and went in still greating everyone I encountered. So chelsea called my name was super helpful even let me have online deals she was a blessing. idk if you can recommend people when you show up, if you do ask for her when you check in 💜 that girl knows customer service!!

I always have questions for the staff because I’m a rather new user of medicinal marijuana. Each employee is knowledgeable, patient and helpful when I’m trying to figure out what I might try next to squash my chronic pain. I’ve been to all 3 dispensaries in town. Greenhouse is the best! Parking is a pain especially since rec sales began. Quick service every time.
Too bad no one can afford to buy from you guys anymore. No flower deals, now $70 for a tier 3...dirt!!!??? No thanks...

It is very open, bright. I like that people could look at things on display while waiting, decent waiting area up front, they kept the amount of people inside limited as well for safety. Only issue I had was it was so loud I couldn't hear the bud tender and she had to come out from her back area which I appreciated but feel bad since they are behind a partition for social distancing. I think the openess of the space creates a loud atmosphere, otherwise everything was great, clean, safe, and helpful staff.

Sedona bloom is # 1 hands down!!! I can go in there an enjoy being around staff every body is so chill and ready to greet you!! I am super happy with Sedona location love the beautiful drive!
Okay so this place needs to stop the nonsense- once the 21 over rec crowd realizes how much you suck- you will be over. Med patients were totally blown off and taken advantage of by these owners. Sad place. Never going back, money is better spent on GAS to go to Phx than on their skunk weed.
