This place is GREAT! I live about 8 miles from another Dispensary here in Flagstaff, but ALWAYS drive into town to get to the Greenhouse! The Employees are ALL knowledgeable, courteous, ALWAYS looking to help you out, the WEB Page is Excellent and the premises are SPOTLESS! The one close to my house reminds me of my garage!

Haha greedy ass mofos. Went last night and paid for thier bs bud at almost double the price. This a.m. ordered all equipment and seeds to grow my own.

Jill was my bud tender yesterday and was fantastic!! The only complaint that I have is the interior acoustics-it became so loud with customers talking that you could barely hear who was being called to the counter next. Other than that I really appreciate the location, the varieties and the discounts.

during this time of great change on the planet , i was both pleased and appreciated the graciousness of the staff at greenhouse. i am not able to wear a mask and was allowed into their dispensary to purchase product for my medical needs. i was refused service at 2 other locations in flagstaff, even with my honoring of social distancing , respectful of other patients fears and concern. at the other flagstaff dispensary, i even volunteered to remain outside and order, but was still refused service.....
thank you greenhouse for your wonderful attitude, service and attention to all~!

Been shopping at Greenhouse for a while and they’re great. Staff are very friendly and attentive. They can get really busy especially on weekends so order online if you can.

This is my favorite dispo in town! I just went there an had an amazing experience. I finally met skittle head girl and she redeemed herself from that other person post. She was super friendly and helpful when she checked me in. I also had a super knowledgeable and nice bud tender. I think her name was kenzie! If you are looking for some dank wax or delicious edibles this is the place to go.

place was a mad house filled with non med peeps, very loud but then again it could have been me. loud noise makes me crazy, that is why I moved to AZ. they sent me a text saying my order was ready and when I got there they did not have pre rolled? why not text me saying your out so I could order something else? driving 45 minutes one way, help me out here . . .

I would rate this higher but I asked the girl at the front a simple question. She snapped at me with a Bitchy tone.
There was Not a single person waiting, I waited over 10 minutes then asked the 3 employees at the counter "that were doing nothing" if they are busy, No not at all. OK, So why am I waiting?? The girl at the front did not send my name to be called.

Great service! They opened up for recreational today. My dad is hearing impaired and has PTSD and they allowed me to go in with him. They also made the cashier -Mathew- aware of his hearing disability and he was able to pull down his mask (behind the plexiglass) and over enunciate his words to help my dad communicate with him more directly. Overall it was a great experience.

Super dope spot! I didn't catch the guy's name that helped me but he was super chill he helped me find the perfect spot at bear park (started to snow soon as I got there) and the vibes in there were very welcoming(thank you) the everest carts are super 🔥! I will definitely be back to try the flower!

Overcrowded parking. Biggest issue is the way they store the flower in plastic tubes with no humidity control which totally diminishes the high quality of the bud due to the Arizona Heat. Prerolls are dry and smoke hot, harsh, and uneven. Best part is they get their flower from Sunday Goods and Copperstate farms, where you can watch a YouTube video about how they grow their bud and what products they use on Cannacribs, so you know what you're smoking. No deals or discounts for Recreational users I only got 1 small pack of 3 edible candies complimentary, once.

Bought some low-end flower here, lit a bowl and can TASTE the chemicals. My suspicion is that they are NOT flushing their product in order to meet the crazy demand for weed in AZ at the moment.
No other dispensary in town has armed security. NEVER been to a dispensary with armed security before.
EASILY the worst dispensary in town. Take your business elsewhere.
