Friendly staff who seem to be happy and care for their clients/customers. Very seldom a long wait. Product is usually very good. Still doing specials during the covid 19, unlike one of the other dispensaries, who quit doing any to make more money off of customers. Great rewards program. Have let it ride until I needed it or was a few dollars short and there is never a problem using the earned rewards.

Staff is amazing and friendly! Lines are sometimes long but I usually end up doing an online order which helps a lot.

BEST first patient deals in Flagstaff and always a deal going on daily! Their options for concentrates, edibles, and flower is amazing! All the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly too! honestly the flower isn't that great and they took the deals off for med patients so over priced and bunky weed under 20%

I was helped emmediately with my own personal shopping helper knowledgeable on everything he was very young and sweet! So helpful for my first time experience . I loved how it was open to clean air the staff was friendly and helpful I do dish the prices were lower or there was a disability discount

Please train employees or have someone be with them, I alway use my points I've earned and today was told I couldn't use my points.

Public distancing wasn’t the greatest. Quality of herb was incredible, prices a tad high, but I’ll pay for excellence. Service was great, kind of hidden back in a dark corner, it would be so much better out front, but covid19 fucks everything up, right?

Renewing my medical card was a nightmare not only did it come in late which means I had to have no meds for a while when It did finally come in it had my old ID card so at that point I was in need of some meds ..went to Greenhouse they looked into deeper and found out that I was correct and they went ahead and gave him my meds God bless them. Totally save my day

I like this place, staff is friendly and knowledgable. i try to come here at least once a month since i live so far away. ONLY thing i would recommend is to carry more PAX pod products

I never gave this store enough credit. They are truly the best of flagstaff. They didn’t use the public health crisis as an excuse to discontinue deals on product and they still dont have a shortage. Kevin is my FAVORITE he always manages to lift my mood and make me smile. Even if he’s mistaking me for a guy in sedona that goes hunting for aliens... you’re the best Kevin
